Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed!!! Been in 17 years and have never seen this type of customer service! Stayed here four weeks with my pup, Tucker. Anytime I was out a little longer than planned the staff and housekeeping would walk Tucker to make sure he was okay and to give them time to clean the room! I think he enjoyed it here better than he does at home, he was able to meet everyone and stay busy! Definitely wanted to give a shout-out to the ones that went above and beyond for Tucker and myself... Kim, Carla, and Laura were always so nice and made sure everything was taken care of for us. Annika, Steve, and all of Housekeeping were always checking to make sure everything was good and in order, mostly wanted to see Tucker I think, but he loved every second of it haha! Again, without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed on a base and has the most attentive and caring staff at any hotel I've been to! 10/10 every time here!!Rooms: Rooms were already clean and in order, A/C always working!Walkability: The Exchange and Commissary is just behind the Inn, so a quick 5-minute walk. Dominos and Raising Canes are right across the street, so you do not need to drive anywhere.Noteworthy details: Dog park on site, outdoor seating for relaxing, and breakfast is amazing! Not your typical hotel breakfast, they go all out, even with Biscuit and Gravy!

Comfortable, clean and convenient. All I could ask. And I'm a Hilton type girlie. I would stay again. I was nervous that it wouldn't be comfortable or cleanliness would not be up to par. I'm was pleasantly surprised. Also good water pressure and temperature. I love a good hot shower!

The concierge, Kim, Maya, and others were very professional and helpful. Their Knowledge of the area was excellent. Rooms were clean and accommodating. I met up with my grandkids and son to stay there during our visit. Definitely returning. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Service, Nice clean rooms. I have visited a number of base lodging facilities. This, by far, is one the best .

I can only provide a rating based on the horrible customer service (and that’s putting it nicely). We had a vacation planned for this weekend, we booked our room and everything. It seemed as though we had an amazing vacation just days away…and then I received a cancellation letter saying we cancelled our reservation (which we didn’t). When I called the person I spoke with said it was due to the a/c being out in the majority of their rooms and since we were coming on leisure we were the first to get cancelled.I then proceeded to ask why I’m able to book Friday-Saturday and then Sunday-Monday, but no longer Friday-Sunday (our original reservation) and of course no legitimate answer was given, but she was quick to give me her managers ext and told me I could call her. I understand things happen that are out of our control, but to cancel reservations on a Tuesday because the a/c is out in the majority of the rooms is strange…especially when our reservation wasn’t starting until Friday, so the a/c won’t be fixed…but yet I can book everyday but Saturday….makes absolutely no sense. It speaks volumes on behalf of the Marines that this is how things are done. My father in law (who was stationed here) is flying from CA for this vacation that we are now scrambling to figure out somewhere to stay. PLEASE don’t risk your trip on this hotel….book anywhere else that would actually take care of you and do what’s right!

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Inns of The Corps. Alyssa was very helpful, kind and curtious as she checked us in and when we checkedout. The lobby and eating area were very clean and tidy. The rooms were clean as well with plenty of bathroom towels for our stay. This definitely would be the place I would stay on my next visit to Camp Lejeune.Food & drinks: I like having a wide selection of snack selections for late snacking.

Staff is friendly, maintenance is accommodating. The AC being out put a damper on the stay. It’s not really the hotels staffs fault, but why do you have a system that takes a week to get a part in? If this was mid summer, it would be miserable! You can’t even open a window in your room.

Wonderful hotel on base! Rooms are a nice bright green, beige and gray (as opposed to boring, dull colors), filled with comfortable furniture and artwork. Has a fridge and microwave inside room. Hotel has an included breakfast from 0600/0700 until 1000, which rotates foods each day so it’s not monotonous. They even serve cookies in the afternoon on weekdays ? Staff are friendly and helpful!Only reason for four stars is that the walls are paper thin and vents pass noise from other rooms easily—I can hear most of everything that goes on in rooms above and adjacent to mine. Needs more insulation to cover noise.

We stayed in a pet friendly room and it was large and clean with NO lingering pet smells. I'm allergic to cats and was worried there'd be be a nasty cat smell, but thank God there wasn't. We brought our dog and could hear other dogs barking, but that was not a problem as we are dog people. The room came with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The water pressure in the shower was great! And the water stayed hot for 3 consecutive showers from different family members. The staff was nice and helpful. We asked for 3 additional large towels at check in and were handed them right away with no problem. The breakfast was decent, but very welcoming. We ate waffles, bacon, omelets, juice, and drank coffee. For the price and what you get, we'd definitely stay here again.

The first room they put us in the toilet was broken. The next room reeked like mildew and chlorine. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying
