Everyone was so nice I called and asked about my order after we left and the manager was so nice she was very helpful!! I tried the nacho fries and got shredded cheese on it and it’s so good I will definitely be getting more of them!!

Not the same as pre-covid Pizza Hut... They don't come to tabe to take order and there is no salad ? bar...

I recently placed a large order at Pizza Hut, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a complete disappointment. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I was shocked to learn that the transaction had somehow failed, despite receiving a confirmation earlier. The entire situation could have been handled with some basic professionalism, but unfortunately, the manager's behavior was incredibly rude, but they also displayed a complete lack of respect towards me and their own staff. It was truly a shock to witness the manager pulling aside one of the employees who was genuinely trying to help us resolve the issue. Instead of providing support and finding a solution, the manager engaged in a heated argument with the employee right outside the establishment.

I ordered a lot pizzas and when I get to the window to get them they said they didn’t have my order so I reordered everything and the manager was so rude slamming the window and started arguing with the only nice employee there that actually helped me. The manager should be fired and she was very unprofessional, flat out disrespectful.

my daughter, with down syndrome placed an order on the phone here employees were very rude and the manager just hung up when we made a complaint I do not recommend you or your kids order here especially if they have special needs

Some bartenders work hard to get you food and drink.Some play cards with customers and leave you waiting at the bar.Es O Si que es.
