Went there yesterday because I needed a new battery. Unfortunately, it was pouring out, but Bob took the initiative to help me install it anyway, and with a smile on his face might I add. 10/10 would recommend.

Super helpful staff! Diaz especially deserves some mad props. I had replaced my coils and went to recheck my engine light. When a new code came up, Diaz was quick to replace my spark plugs (that I had just purchase and also replaced) and even installed them for me. My car runs so much better now and I'm so relieved! Great customer service! Would recommend 👍.

Called ahead to verify stock on battery. Evan was super helpful, recommended a battery. Arrived and Evan installed my new battery. Experienced and polite sales associate/technician. Great job 👍

I would pass up 20 other parts stores to come to this location. Everytime I come here John is always helpful, knowledgeable and remembers your name. It's not just about the parts, it's about the people. John should not only be a regional manager, he should train employees on how to treat your customers. I'll be back because of John and I will spread the word

See update below. I would normally give the AutoZone (Store # 4628) in Candler, NC a high rating, but not after today's (23 Dec 23) experience. I went in with the make, model, year and VIN# of the car I need parts for. I even had the OEM part #s listed. The older gray haired/gray bearded employee ("manager") looked at the list. He typed some stuff in and showed me the screen, which showed nothing. He then asked me for the AutoZone part #s. I asked him why I would have the AutoZone part #s if I came in for the AutoZone part #s and price. He showed me the screen again, which showed me nothing at all. What I was being shown on the screen was categories of parts. He pointed at the screen and said, "Look. None of your parts are showing up." He made no attempt to select sub-categories. I honestly felt like he was intentionally not helping me for whatever reason. Really odd and uncalled for. The attitude and lack of customer service was pretty immature and unprofessional. Stay away!Update: I went in the next day and spoke to another "manager" who said there were quite a few complaints against the other employee and there was nothing he could do. He told me to call one of the two phone #s listed on a sheet of paper on the window. He also informed me that he and the other employee are not managers. The store has no GSM or managers, according to him.9 Jan 24- I went from a 1 star review to a 4 star review (no 5 star because AutoZone is accountable for their employees) because I appreciate that AutoZone management (Jordan- District Manager) took an interest in righting a wrong. This is one of very few times I've seen action taken on a review. I truly appreciate it. I also appreciate the "new" store manager following up with me. Setting the example!

Called and paid for a part. Sent an employee to go pick up the part and they refused to give it to my employee. They needed manager approval. Manager wasn’t in store. Not my first or second time dealing with a bunch of idiots. Take your business elsewhere. Rude horrible customer service
