“My father was in the ICU, and Brad was technically closed on Monday—just three days before Christmas. I called to ask what my options were for a drop-off, and Brad insisted I bring in the meat. He took care of everything and gave me one less thing to worry about during an incredibly stressful time.

I can’t thank him and his family enough for their kindness. The deer turned out great, was packaged exceptionally well, and the price was more than fair. I will be a lifelong customer and am so thankful I no longer have to deal with the other guys up in Burnsville. Truly a wonderful family business to support.

“I love this carniceria, it’s very affordable, none of the meat is funky, and they have cuts in stock that are difficult to find elsewhere like trotters and tongue. They’re a full service butcher shop in that they’ll cut things to order for you, unlike the meat counters at Whole Foods, Earthfare, Ingles, etc. Plus, you can pick up some fresh locally made corn or flour tortillas on your way out!”
