OUR company is L.N.Trucking,inc We were waiting for another company and after 4 hours a guy from Carolina Towing showed up and without any explanations pulled out of the sideway the trailer and asked to pay $3000 . Since we already prepaid $1800 we didnt have on the account so much money and we have to make phone calls to find $3000.All this time this guy repeated 15 minutes almost gone and i am going to charge you another $750 My driver was in big panic and asked him to wait a little. After I paid he left and didn't provide any receipt or work order{which our driver asked } he said they will send by text. First towing company didn't come but charged us $700 for unknown reason . No respect to trucking business at all by towing companies.

Carolina did a great job of loading my Monte Carlo and delivering it to the mechanic. The car was in a narrow driveway and at an angle but Kyle knew exactly how to get it straightened out and on the rollback. Thanks Carolina Towing, if I ever need another tow it's your service I will call. A++

My trucker GPS app took me down the wrong road and my 11k lbs trailer got stuck as I took a turn. I appreciate this company expertise and their quick response. Jeff, the tow truck driver, was extremely experienced and got me out of a very serious situation. Truly grateful for these guys. Carolina Towing is an excellent choice. I can't express how thankful I am of this place. Last night my (almost 70 y/o) Dad was traveling back from VA visiting me and my family, on the way home he got stuck at the top of old mountain with a blown tire. He sat there for SIX HOURS waiting for a tow truck to show up via his car insurance. To add, from what I understand this can be a dangerous area with limited space on the road. I was worried for his safety, and helpless being so far away. After my brother called multiple towing companies to handle this outside of his insurance, no one answered, was opened or was able to help where he was at. Even calling the Asheville STate Police to help, they wouldn't do anything. Carolina Towing & Transport were the ONLY ones to answer the call late at night AND get there asap. My Dad said the older gentlemen that showed up was great, changed his tire right there in 15 mins.I CAN NOT thank these people, especially this man to jump and go and help my Dad stuck on this mountain in the dark after SIX hours of waiting. The stress was real for the safety of my Dad, so I appreciate you guys more than you know!Great Job! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Had a dump truck on its side. They were very careful getting it back up to avoid additional damage and even brought one of their own dump trucks to take our load of gravel back to the quarry for us. These guys are great!Service: Special vehicle towing

As nice of an experience and you can get when you need a tow! I called tons of places for a tow less than 3 miles in candler after our fuel pump went out on us and this company was the only one that quoted less than 100 dollars who could also get to us quickly. The woman on dispatch was friendly and professional. The service was quick and reliable. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again for future towing needs.Service: Car towing
