It is a clean, bright, friendly, well-outfitted location, and includes daycare for my child. My kid really likes the day care, so I and my wife go there to exercise as often as we can.

Everyone I met at the gym was very helpful in signing me up and explaining how it all works. I've only tried one class, but have been very impressed with the quality of the teacher. People seem to be having fun there.

Love the gym very clean and I love that they have a daycare where I can see my kids and where they interact with my kids don’t just sit there the whole time
