“One of the best post office branches I've ever been too. They're efficient, friendly, well-stocked with supplies, and clean. I track almost all of my orders going out, and most of them will already be headed down to the USPS sorting hub in Greenville, SC by mid-day (if I drop them off early in the morning)..at other Asheville locations they won't be headed down there until 5-6pm. Great location, next to the Ingles so that's convenient too.”

“Pretty solid USPS location. I've been using this location for about 10 months. They usually have 3 people working the counter, which helps the line move. All of the employees I've interacted with have been friendly and efficient! I do wish this location had an automated package machine in the lobby, like some other USPS locations, because the biggest wait is caused by the other people in line.”
“Plenty of parking and a very courteous staff inside. This post office includes PO Boxes and after hours drop boxes. The service desk also offers shipping products available for purchase.”

“David, who works at the post office, helped me out today. I wasn’t having the best morning but his positive attitude and kind helpful nature really turned my mood around! He went out of his way to help me find a good sized box for textbooks I was shipping out, and made light hearted jokes and comments while we figured it out together. He’s a gem! Thank you David!!”
