She answered all my questions, and went above and beyond with even more information than I asked for, all with a friendly smile and great attitude. I felt valued as a customer, and that's so unusual today, especially in government agencies. Emily deserves a raise!”

(Package not delivered) That is not this particular business' responsibility. The customer service here was wonderful and Rebecca and Daisy. “David, who works at the post office, helped me out today. I wasn’t having the best morning but his positive attitude and kind helpful nature really turned my mood around! He went out of his way to help me find a good sized box for textbooks I was shipping out, and made light hearted jokes and comments while we figured it out together. He’s a gem! Thank you David!!”
