“My boyfriend and I was on our way to Bryson city from Richmond VA (7 hours away) and we had stopped at 2 advance autos. The first advance couldn’t give me a good reading on my batter and alternator so went to the 2nd one and they told me my alternator was bad but didn’t have one in stock so we went next door to this OReilly and they had one for me. Not only did they have one they selflessly installed it for me at 8pm in the parking lot in 29 degree weather with no questions asked. I really Appreciate Mason who helped us out tonight!
