You have to prepay inside before you can pump the gas. And of course if you want to fill up, you have to stand in line to pay, then go outside to pump your gas, then come back inside and stand in line again to finish paying. I didn't think there were any Exxons left which operated this way. At least offer the option to not wait in line the second time!

I never entered nor purchased anything on Friday evening, Aug 4, 2023, but rather had an incredibly scary incident at the gas pump. To Richard, Ofr Allison, the guy who bought me a coke, and everyone else whose goodwill and kindness saved the day, as if you all dropped down from heaven just for me. I got home to my little community safely. I went straight to Swain's ER and met even more strangers. I am home without any extreme damage, other than looking the way I do and an NFL sized football on my lower back. Thank you so so much for all of your time and care. I've been an overly patient caretaker for years now, but this was not necessarily the vacation I was looking for. At the top of "Radio Hill" is the last MD and 93 stop till the town of Clyde. Or the first beacon of civilization after the desolate "Midway" section of 4-lane.Theres ample room in the lot to safely and easily allow larger vehicles.However friendly and accommodating they are, the peanuts were seasoned with a slurry from saltlake.
