Just got accused of stealing alcohol and forced to empty my pockets and take off my jacket and shirt and so did my friend. I didn’t have my ID so I tried leaving to go to my house to get it and was told to come back and was “ given a chance to come clean “. This place isn’t the place to go for anything

i’ve shopped here for years as i live right up the road and it’s not a bad walk. most of the employees are amazing and the prices on pall malls are decent. convenient as all heck. however, in the last week or so the new staff (one woman particularly) have been cold, unprofessional, and flat out rude. shameful. lost my business.

Cashier sells you merchandise without telling you to try it b4 leaving the store , so when 1out of 3 doesn't work they WON'T exchange it for another,I've shopped there for years but not anymore

I thought convenience stores was for convenience. This store is a wreck. I was completely out of gas and stop to get gas and the guy working the register and a poker player had his car blocking the pumps so I went in and said I'm completely out of gas and need someone to move there car so I can get gas and no joke the guy says one pump is down and we are only taken cash. Our credit machine is down. This is so crazy. They could have cared less that I was running on fumes, had cash, and still wouldn't move out of the way so I could get to the pumps that worked. I hate saying bad things about small businesses but the two guys that were working this store was way to worried about talking to each other and catering to poker players. I would avoid this store completely

Should avoid unless it's more convenient to pay more. Buying beer is like a guessing game never know what the price is till your at the counter. Otherwise it's just conveniently located If you live on newfound rd

This busing shows signs of age but is kept up very well by the welcoming and courteous family that keeps it running. Definitely swing through here on your way through town!
