Did come out in a timely manner. However, no one told me that there was a diagnostic fee of over $200. Plus, they didn't diagnose, they said could be pump, could be pipe.....could be. I already knew that . Then , the estimate was several thousand for pump/labor or several more thousand if wire needed to be changed, too. I called to question bill and the lady said EVERYONE is told about dx fee (again, not me). Then, I tried to discuss it and she said she wasn't going to discuss further and I would need to talk to owner, then hung up. Not sure how to talk to owner when you get hung up on??? Also, I am self employed and I don't charge for initial consultation- I just feel like a free consult is part of the job.

My well pump failed. I called around but no one was willing to help me as we didn't know where the well was located. Sara from Greene Bros sent Bruce and Ben out that day. They easily located the well and on a very hot humid day started digging. The well was exactly where they dug. A new pump, pipe, and wires were installed quickly and efficiently. Bruce and Ben worked tirelessly and got my water working again. They were professional, polite, efficient and cleaned up the work site. Highly recommend Greene Brothers. Thanks guys!

Greene Brothers well drilling performed work on my current property in Candler, NC. They kept me informed on the progression of drilling each day and appropriately sought my guidance on whether to go deeper or move to a new site on the property as the well got deeper and deeper on a mountain top. I was never left wondering how the progression was coming along. The family communicates extremely well and are honest folks. Highly recommended. A+ Thanks for your services Greene Brothers.

They done a great job only wish my brother would have let them come back to fix the leak under the cement.Never know I might get him talked into it bc we sure can't get the cement busted.but ur boys done a quick and efficient job on what they fixed

These folks replaced my deep well pump a couple of years ago and were fast and friendly. Today 12/23/2022 we lost pressure and to make a long story short I fixed the issue with advice from the owner. This is the best company I have ever used. We had a plumbing emergency, on a Monday, I called in the afternoon and they were out, to our home, 15 minutes later. I’m very impressed. No fixes, just a BILL no help and sent basic skilled employees on second visit when they should have sent out a seasoned person. Charged for fixing mistakes they made. . Maybe good a drilling Wells but would not use for well maintenence. Was told on 2 occasions that the owner would call and speak to us about the service. Never a phone call.Service: Coring & monitoring wells
