Jeep Gladiator diesel died in parking garage, downtown Asheville, NC. Voltage dropped to 8.4v and it locked up -- everything! Mike and J.T. pushed Jeep down three levels and put on flat bed. These guys deserve kudos, commendation, and a raise!!

Absolute great service! Picked up the phone extremely late in the night, Cheyenne gave us so much better answers than triple a could. Tyler and Cody came out to help us and were able to fix the shifter without even having to tow it. Great people would recommend for any service wish there were more businesses like this.

Corey did such a great job and in a time and place when others would not help. He is such a professional and nice young man. The towing was top notch and delivered my SUV without a scratch. Corey turn what was a bad situation into a memorable experience!! The service was the best and I can not say enough good words to describe him, the towing business and our experience!! Thanks, yall helped while we were in a crunch!

Tyler came quickly, loaded up securely, was professional and friendly! The truck was nearly new, clean and business-like. Would highly recommend! I don't know the price, because i have AAA.

This week, we had to call AAA to have our van towed after it broke down. Hatton’s Towing got in touch with me immediately, and arrived within 20 minutes. They even went the extra mile to help me remove my heavy bike rack before carefully pulling my van onto the truck. It was a relief to have this go so quickly and smoothly at an otherwise stressful time. Hatton’s was kind and patient, and I would recommend their services to anyone needing a tow. Thank you!

We were visiting Mills River, NC and had car issues with our Mini Cooper. I called AAA and they put me in touch with Hatton's Towing. We needed our car towed to Charlotte on a flat bed truck and Hatton's came to the rescue. They called me 10 minutes after I had called AAA and the driver, Adam, called me a few minutes later telling me he was on the way. They were all over helping me out with quick response. Five stars all the way! You need towing in the Asheville area, call Hatton's towing.

Not very happy with Hatton's Towing. We live in Clyde and our driveway is gravel. Just two days ago WNC Towing made it up here in a very timely manner with no issues, but Hatton's wouldn't even try. On top of that, the driver was threatening and hateful with me, telling me he was going to leave my car in the middle of a busy state road.
My two-wheel drive Kia makes it up the driveway just fine, and l even offered him an alternative drop-off location less than two minutes from the original spot, but he refused. Instead, he left my car on the side of the road, not at the church like I asked. Now we're stuck figuring out how to get it home ourselves. Really unprofessional and disappointing experience. He was very rude.

Well, a fantastic BDR ride over Labor Day weekend turned into a bit of a loss at the end. Got the one type of flat I was not prepared for on the journey (of course) and needed to find a way to get some 4.5 hours home. Luckily, we found Hatton’s!! Mary in dispatch was super fast to act and went above and beyond to try and help. They didn’t have a driver to take me the whole way home (to be expected at that range), so she directed me to a local U-Haul rental place as a solution. Mark gladly gave me the tow there and went above and beyond to help us get the bike secured in the U-Haul once we arrived. To Mark and Mary, thank you again! Wish we would’ve met on the trails and not this way, but still we made the best of it. I will always point to Hatton’s if anyone in the area needs a tow. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Somehow we ran over a pair of pliers driving and we could not get the lug nuts off with our impact driver! I called at 8:30 and Cheyenne had Michael to my house within 45 minutes. He was so nice and confident in his abilities to do his job. Did not complain how late it was at night and even called in Joshua when he couldn’t get them off either. Both men were amazing and so patient. I appreciate them so much!

I broke down on good Ole waynsville mtn this morning so who did I call my good friends at hattons towing there in canton at first it wasnt the best experience BUT with the years I have in the industry I learned patience I had a issue with the first driver not showing up but when I called to see what was going on they promptly called another driver who not only called with an eta but was a very kind and honest man thank you mark for coming and towing my car this morning but he's not the only one that deserves a thank you so thank you to the whole dispatch team at hattons for answering the phones when no one els will and thank you for always making sure customers always get the best and most quality care will definitely call them for any of my towing needs in the area
