Horrible! If their voicemail is broken then they shouldn’t have the option to leave a message about prescriptions.
My VA doctor called in a prescription to this pharmacy, and left a voicemail. When I got there to pick my prescription up they said that they didn’t have my orders or medications because their voicemail hasn’t worked for months.
How frustrating!!!
Why give that option when you call the pharmacy phone number if your voicemail is broken. And if your voicemail is broken, why not do something to fix it instead of accepting that it is what it is. Needless to say I did not get my prescription.

This pharmacy is horrible I have had more than 1 issue with them. They have on 2 occasions when speaking with them called me a liar about items I haven't received and items that I was told something different if you visit I would record you conversation with them or you will be told that too.

I go to the Starbucks at this location daily. One of the team members by the name of Michael has consistently had a bad attitude when he is working. I order the same drink daily-He purposely tries to mess up my order to make me look like I am hard to please. Today when I ordered my white mocha he was rolling his eyes and his demeanor was highly unprofessional & rude. I do not ever have any issues with the other staff members when placing my order. As a customer who spends $50 weekly into that business, I feel as though management needs to address his poor customer service & reiterate the importance of being nice & treating customers with a decent level of respect. Every time I have to interact with Michael he acts miserable to have to be there working as well as serve me. Please Ingles management address this behavior so I can continue supporting Ingles Markets/Starbucks.

I've worked for Food Lion for 14 years but when I visit home in WNC I have to stop by Ingles. They have Deep River chips in large bags, which aren't easy to find, and they have a display of Arizona teas next to the dairy cooler which keeps them cold. Smart thinking!

The gentleman, I believe his name was Jacob, that was working was incredibly professional and nice. He made the order super quickly and very well! The coffee was amazing thank you so much!

I was amazed ...from the wide aisles to every department and the products offered. The young clerk was extremely friendly. I wish I could do my weekly shopping there but living 2 hours away I will just have to be content to visit again when I return to NC.

The customer service sucks here that's including the managers. Idk why they rub the way they do but if you want to go to another ingles where you are appreciated as a customer I would go to pats store in waynesville. Very outgoing friendly people who work there and I have NEVER encountered any disrespectful people there. I've noticed the people of canton don't have any consideration for others.
