Ken Wilson’s service department ALWAYS gives spectacular customer service! They offer loaner vehicles to out of town customers, like me, and they go above and beyond to make me happy. I have dealt with numerous car dealerships in the 45 years I’ve been shopping for cars and trucks. Wow!! I can’t say enough good things about what they do. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I took my 2019 f250 in for service for a check engine light. My ford pass app told me that there was a problem with the DEF exhaust system. they had the truck for over a week, and I was told it was two bad NOX sensors which was covered by warranty then I was told it was an exhaust part that was over seven thousand dollars a little later he called me back to say that the new price also included two new battery's which they claim were dead . and after paying almost ten thousand dollars my invoice also included two new fuel filters, they had not mentioned in the phone calls. And after taking the truck home the next day I started it only to get the check engine light back on-again. I'm not happy. It looks like they charge me a lot of money for a part I didn't need. It's going back to them after the weekend to fix correctly this time
