Excellent job. I went on Saturday for an oil change and was told to come on by the girl that was working. I think her name was Kim. She had a great attitude and got me in and out really quick. She was really nice. It was around 12:00 and they close at one. Thanks to her she got it done.Services: Tires

Worst service experience EVER. Caught them lying saying they inflated my tires, rotated my tires, and checked my fluid levels. (None of which they did). Service rep literrally yelled and cussed at me when I confronted them about it after feeling like a fool getting caught in front of everyone in the waiting area with me. Went in for "The Works" which include oil change, brake inspection, fluid top off, tire pressure check and tire rotation. Got there at 12:30 for a 1pm appt expecting to wait. Didn't leave until after 3:30pm. GM had to come apologize for reps behavior and language with a "he's not usually like this" and refunded my money, but didn't seem to care. He also didn't address the misses on the service side, only the behavior in response to catching them! Do NOT bring your car here! They cannot be trusted! Not only will they like to your face, but they will cuss and yell in your face if you have a problem with it!PS Don't let them change your air filters! Not only will they upcharge you on the price of the filters, but they will ALSO charge you $42.50 for "installation" on top of the price of the filters ($10 for engine and $32.50 for cabin). They don't tell you this until it's too late! This whole place is a ripoff garage!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

We were heading home to Chattanooga Tn. On a Sunday night nothing was open so we had to get a hotel. The very next morning we went to Quicklane Tire & Auto they discovered a cracked rim and fix it enough to make it home at no charge…..Thank you all so much for your helpService: Tires

Used to be a great place for service. Now, it doesn't matter if you are first in line for the day or not. If you are not first through the door, service will begin 45 minutes to an hour after unlocking the door at 8. No longer quick or easy.Services: Oil change

Longest oil change of my life. They explained they were short staffed so I understood... Until I was the only left in the waiting room for another hour! I get it, it's a Saturday and we got lives. But it struck my nerves that 3 employees are having a pizza party while my truck is in the air and I've been waiting patiently to get this oil change and go on about my day. If you want a oil change in Canton, Roger's fast lube on 110 is the place to go.Service: Oil change

Normally bring my corvette, Subaru and mustang here for oil changes.. brought in my wife's 20003 Porsche 911 and they refused, despite the sign saying all makes and all models.So great for domestic and Japanese, refusal on German.Service: Oil change

I was traveling near the Tennessee/North Carolina state lines when my vehicle temperature guage indicated that it was overheating. There were few places to seek help, so I limped into Ken Wilson Ford.The service department was friendly and soooo helpful. I own a Chrysler so the service manager had to call a Chrysler expert who showed up within 15 minutes to diagnose my problem. Within 30 minutes the car had been diagnosed and the part delivered. Within 2 hours, I was back on the road. The car was not overheating, but a sensor had gone bad. The staff at Ken Wilson Ford were more than fair, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond in providing expert, caring and understanding service. I left there with a complete repair for $250. The speed of their response saved me hotel and rental car costs. I HAD to get to my destination, and I had to be there that night.Nothing but good things to say about my experience.Thank you to Ken Wilson and to your outstanding staff!Ted

Tuesday my husband called to see if he could bring his car to get it serviced they told him if he could get there by 4:15 they be able too he got there Wednesday at 4:00 the young fella told him they couldn't do it bring it back Thursday morning he couldn't cause he works in Frankln and he cant leave anytime he wants to wr have bought vehicles there since 1982 but dont think we will be going back at Ken Wilson any more we can understand they were probably busy but after the man had told him he could come just be there by 4:15 and he was there at 4:00 and then had to leave work early and had to drive hour and a half to 2 hours to get there no I think that was un professional
