“I didn’t catch all of their names, but the 4 ladies who were working the returns (Vicky)/customer service/pick up area around 1 this afternoon were PHENOMENAL employees. They were efficient, kind, and very helpful. You can tell they had a system and that they knew what they were doing. Two of the ladies were veterans! I think those 4 women need some recognition! We love our local Lowe’s and we love that they have such amazing employees!”
