These folks work so hard to keep Citrus Cove HOA afloat. They have done so much to establish an Executive Board, unfortunately the community is not responsive. Cannot say enough for how our representative helps us when we do have meetings and stands for the community when accused by one or two members. We would be in trouble if it weren't for the staff at At Its Best!

At It's Best has been/is a God send for our HOA. They have incredible communication skills and follow up on every item reported to them. Each of the staff members are very responsive and promptly answer our questions. The level of organization we have experienced with AIB is amazing.My overall feeling is "what a breath of fresh air!"

The Rivermist COA is thankful to AIB as our Management Team **** and her Team are always available for Questions,Concerns &Problem Solving. AIB lives up to its name....They are the best management company around. Dawn, the owner is very kind, professional and knowledgeable about HOA rules, bylaws, and covenants. It is not unusual for her and her staff to go the extra mile!!!

AIB has been the management company for the condo I live in for at least 12 years. I only have praise to give them for being attentive to all our needs and concerns. The response time has always been excellent. I also have to say that they did a tremendous job with helping us with the aftermath of hurricane ********. Their dealing with our insurance company helped us obtain financial help to fix our units. The whole team is greatly appreciated. Thank you to all of you.

I moved into my unit in 2018 and had the opportunity to work with the team at AIB, I can truly say that **** and her team have been a great asset to me as a new owner. Whenever I have a concern or questions about matters pertaining to the property, they have alway been available to me. They have always been professional and courteous, and when they did not have an answer to my inquiry, they assured me that they would get the information and get back to me. I have experienced their professionalism in HOA meetings that have not always been nice to experience, and truly give them credit for staying positive and moving forward to find solutions. It was very difficult for me to observe and experience the negative behavior of some of the owners, and inspite of it all **** and her team remained positive and professional. I think that AIB is an outstanding management group. I appreciate all that they do.

Because of my responsibilities to our HOA, I’ve had extensive dealings with the entire AIB staff. They have always been professional, kind, courteous, and responsive. Dawn immediately addressed the problem with our sprinkler system. Every time I call, she answers the questions immediately or calls me back within that day with an answer.At its Best HOA goes the extra mile to ensure they are doing what an HOA management company says they will.I’m never disgruntled when paying my monthly dues. ?it’s ?worth ?every?penny.
