Norvant Health in Carolina Shores, NC is an exceptional facility. I have never had a bad experience with even one person. They are careful; they have someone who sees walk-in urgent needs, and they are thorough. I highly comment them for medical services.

This last appointment was useless, I’ve been exhausted and this is the reason for this Doctor visit- what is going on with me? No help from Doctor this time? I’ve gone here for years but considering looking for someplace else, sad as Novant is so convenient for me?

The customer service at this facility is beyond pathetic. Particularly if you have a non-medical emergency over the weekend or after they close! Pathetic. Where is the concern for the patient? They DO NOT CARE. This is all about Novant cornering the market in this area and creating a monopoly. We are the customers - the patients - you work for us. Your total lack of care is beyond comprehension.

The entire staff was cordial and extremely supportive and respectful. Got an appointment very quickly from a referral from my primary care physician. Totally satisfied that all of my issues were attended to satisfactory.

Moving from the RDU area where the Physician’s office are 5-8 floors high and sometimes offer golf-cart rides to the entrance and staff are just there for the paycheck and a short time, this one floor practice with a home town feel they exude is positively refreshing!!

Novant Health is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. After multiple encounters here recently I do not trust a single Novant Health doctor with my life or my families lives. They will watch you die.
