Wow, been here for a couple of months and they are already increasing my monthly rent by $50 not mentioned in the contract I signed. Not good. Guess it’s time already to try and find another storage facility that won’t do this. For a non-temperature controlled unit this is an insane price hike and totally unnecessary and unacceptable. Should have known better as Public Storage has a bad reputation for doing this.

Dear Public Storage, your front desk people are above and beyond. Both Joni and Caroline are so knowledgeable, and accommodating I would want them to work for me. I am considering getting another space, they are great problem solvers. Thanks to the both of them.

We chatted with Caroline at the front desk. She was very professional and helpful. Got us lined up for a smooth move in. The unit was clean and the carts were very convenient for moving in too.

I was there on April 2 while they were paving the driveway going in to the storage facility. I was able to speak with Joni and she was very professional answering my questions and courteous. What an asset Joni is to have in a business that deals one on one with the public. I was appreciative of the information she gave me. Customer service and a good safe storage facility is at this location.
