The staff were also incredibly helpful, kind, and nice! They also gave the best advice! We did the passport walk-in, and they were the best! Thank you so much, and we're so glad we went!

Came here for processing a passport application. First off, we were late so we called ahead twice and no one picked up the phone. We get there and the only staff available is on her cell phone and could barely be bothered to direct us to the passport desk. Then we wait another 20 minutes for someone to show up, so I guess it didn't matter that we were late. That all being said, Andre was incredible and took care of us very efficiently. Anything on the forms we overlooked or copies we needed done, he did. Took us over and made sure we got everything paid and processed. I'm not sure if he's the rude person other reviewers have mentioned but he definitely was not to us.

Called 15 times and no one answered spaced calls out by 5-10 minutes each still nothing. Went in, there were two lanes open the lady on one lane looks at the line and proceeds to leave and take her lunch break you can’t make it up. Laziness is just out of this world!!!!

If I could give it less than one star, I would I’ve been trying to call this UPS store for the past two hours and no respond. They don’t answer their calls. They are always understaffed. This is the worst USPS store ever.

Three employees were at the desk, and only one register was open. The workers watched me wait in line holding my item and once it was my turn they told me they weren't going to print a label until i bought packaging for it. I walked across the room to get a bag and had to go to the back of the line and wait to get served again. None of the three people at the counter could've said anything while i waited in line for 15 minutes?

I went to go get my passport application processed, and the guy working the desk was very rude and kept cutting me off when I tried to ask him a question. I had everything I needed, so when the man was getting ready to tell me what I needed to have I informed him that I had all of my documents. He proceeded to say loudly, "That's what everybody says but they don't!" He continued to try to make scene as if I was trying to pressure him into doing my application when in fact I wasn't aware that these 2 other people who were nowhere near the desk were waiting to be seen for passports. Plus, the website says that walk-in is 3:30-4 M-F. I was there at 3:30...waited very patiently AT THE DESK like 10 mins as he (calmly) assisted 2 other ppl w/answering questions & finishing up an incomplete application for someone else (was missing their picture). He proceeds to tell me that I need to come back on another day between 3-4pm (as if that's not what time I was there today) & they can only process 2 ppl a day during walk-in time.....but he already had done one that I know of and 2 others were waiting.

Raina(I hope that is the correct spelling) saved the day! I had gone on Friday to be a walk-in passport customer and the gentleman doing the passports told me to come back the next day Saturday because he already had two walk-ins. I came back Saturday and he had called out sick and Raina was covering everything by herself and already had a scheduled appointment. I asked her if I could just sit and wait in case the line was empty and she had time and she said yes I could wait. Within an hour after handling a loonnnggg line of continuous customers and doing the scheduled passport appt and all while training someone who appeared to be brand new….Raina called me over to do my passport and the person behind me who waited for passport services as well. She single-handedly handled the whole post office while training as well. I am not often impressed at the USPS but Saturday I was sooooo impressed and appreciative!

Every time I get mail at my PO Box I see the employee, (the guy who does passports) standing outside talking on the phone. Today, (while I stood in line inside) he was outside on the phone the entire time it took for me to stand in a long line because only one person was behind the counter. This was at least 40 minutes. Someone needs to manage the employees at this office!
