The stylist’s support when I’m trying on clothes is superior to any other women’s clothing store I’ve been to. If I have a special occasion, in particular (including my own wedding), they always help me find options that help make me shine. 💖”

“I had such a great time at this thrift store! From the moment I walked in, it felt like a little treasure hunt. There were so many unique finds.
What I really loved was how affordable everything was. You can tell they price things fairly and it makes it easy to grab a few fun items without feeling guilty. I found a couple of pieces that felt one-of-a-kind.
The store was also organized well, which made browsing enjoyable instead of overwhelming. Staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall good vibe.”
“Bought a hoodie online for an in-store pickup. There was some confusion about the color in the product description. They apparently noticed the same issue, because when I get to the store, they pulled aside every color option to make sure I got the one I preferred. It's that kind of local, family owned touch you never find in big box retail. Wonderful service, wonderful products.”

I decided to give Lucky Brand a try before I went home and I’m glad I did. Dionne welcomed me into the store right away and offered to help me find what I was looking for. I just have to give a huge THANK YOU to Toni at Lane Bryant! Me and my mother went in today looking for bras, and the experience was beyond wonderful. My mom has lost a lot of weight and was struggling to find something supportive that actually fit, and I’ve also had my own struggles being fuller-figured. From the moment we met Toni, she completely changed everything.
She is truly an expert in her field. Toni did our sizing, explained everything in detail, and personally helped us in the fitting room with so much patience and kindness. My mom had a lot of questions, and even when I started to get frustrated, Toni never once lost her patience. She gave my mom her full attention and treated her with so much care.
For me, Toni helped me find a bra that finally gave me the lift and support I’ve been needing — I walked out of that store feeling more confident than ever. I also learned more about bras and how they should fit in that one visit than I have in my entire life!
This was hands down the BEST bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. Toni is amazing at what she does, and Lane Bryant is lucky to have her. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping you, go see Toni. She is the reason I’ll keep coming back.”
“Need to change their policies about online purchase when a price drop is involved. Should be able to call customer service and get a price adjustment especially when it occurs less than a week after purchase. You should not have to repurchase the items and return the more expensive items. Also if you do an online order and the package arrives missing items the customer should not be made to feel like they are lying about missing items and that Old Navy must do an investigation before issuing a refund even if the customer just wanted the missing item sent!!!”
“The only reason i am giving a five star is due to the amazing experience I had with Michelle, she was very welcoming, attentive, and helpful. I can only say this for Michelle though, unfortunately the rest of the staff was not. If Michelle wasn’t taking care of me and my mother as customers, I would’ve given a 0 stars and never shopped at this store again.”
“This has become my favorite store. And a big reason for that is the incredible customer service provided by Meghan. Meghan has helped me the past two or three times I have been in the store and she is fantastic! So friendly, patient and helpful. She has a great knack for style and has given me great suggestions and recommendations (which end up as purchases). Kudos to her fellow staff members as well. “I had a fabulous experience on my recent shopping trip! I was pleasantly surprised to discover a great selection of products made from natural fibers. I ended up walking out with a gorgeous merino wool and cashmere sweater at a fantastic price point.

While not everything they carry is to my taste, they carry brands that I never or rarely see anywhere else and good staples as well. On my last visit I discovered a fantastic new to me denim brand, and picked up some other tops and sweaters as well. “I saw a dress I really liked online but have never even considered a Lily Pulitzer dress before so I thought I’d take the opportunity to try it on. I had my toddler with me and I was nervous to bring him in the store because “fancy dress stores” aren’t always ok with little ones (fair enough!) But all of the sales associates were extremely kind and even talked to my son. They were all so friendly and helpful!
They didn’t have the exact same dress but helped me find the shorter version to assess the fit. Thank you to those lovely ladies for all their kindness and help! I guess I’m a fan now!”
