“My battery was acting up, and I was 20 miles from home.Battery was 51/2 yrs old, so no surprise. I googled Auto Zone. Only one store in Carthage, NC. I called the store, spoke with Kevin, said he had a battery for my van, and to come to the store. Kevin and Abby got right to work, changed out the battery within 30 minutes. Both Kevin and Abby are real assets for Auto Zone.”
“Was ready to leave work and had a dead battery. My husband called ti verify they had the battery I needed. They did and replaced the battery while we waited. Was very thankful!!”
