Stopped in to see if I could get 2 blowers serviced and get them back in 3 days. I know what was I thinking in prime cutting season. So I just asked Amanda for the service kits so I can do it myself. They had one but not the other, so Nick took some time looking up that item to piece one together for me. I really appreciate both of you for helping me today. Thank you!!

Very detailed oriented company. Lots of equipment to choose from. Techs are pretty backed up but usually pretty helpful and leave detailed notes. HOWEVER if you choose not to continue with a repair they dont reassemble units unless requested ahead of time so double check to make sure you have all your parts.

As much as I hate going to Carthage Saw & Mower . I knew before I left job site that it was going to be a disappointment from them , however at the square of moment , I really had no other choice . Unless I drove to southern pines . I which I had to . Went there to get some 2 cycle oil, Didn’t have it . Brought in a pair of blades . Didn’t have it . Oh before I finally got to counter to ask about the stuff I was needing . Stood there At counter for 20 minutes while the lady was on the phone talking with someone about a trip she just had . SERIOUSLY !! Also management states they never had any record of me being there before hand . Haha . That’s funny . 1st time ever going there I dropped $12k cash for a mower and a FS 91 Sthil weed eater . $350 bucks . But they claim not to have a record . Sounds like the president of USA . Cover up . Folks don’t waste ur time or money at this place . It’s a disgrace to Moore Co .This place sucks .

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Will lie, steal, and cheat you if your money. ZERO customer service skills. Constantly lie about your relates. Take weeks to complete anything. Zero communication. The female owner was by far the most unpleasant individual I have ever encountered. EXTREMELY rude, have us the run around and lied to our face.

Excellent customer service. Had chainsaw serviced but had a slight problem after getting it back. Took back and they said they would check everything again and make sure it was good to go. Had no hassle and they happy to take care of me. Great place to buy equipment and have service done.

You can't get a five star review, that would mean you were perfect in my eyes. That fifth star is not there because instead of putting the gas pump in front so it's easier to get to that great fuel, you put two "charging" stations in front, worthless to MOST people that will visit you. Notice I said most. And, for the most part most of your store is good or better than Lowe's Home Improvements and Home Depot. IF you could clone your son, that would be great, or if he could really TRAIN someone when he's not there. MOM IS THE BEST, but over worked. I did buy many STIHL produces from you guys. I'm greatly appreciative of the fact that the son talked to my husband about safety equipment for our chipper. I did buy our Toro lawn mowers in Pittsboro, but they do not carry STIHL products.I like to spread my money around to "LOCAL" small businesses instead of the big boxed stores, when possible. I will not stick around if people think they can take advantage of me or take me for granted. They need us, we can go somewhere else, and I think they KNOW THIS, and they work hard to help you. This store cannot change policies that a company makes for THEIR product. I don't mind waiting for BETTER service.YOU, the customer have to ask questions on parts and guarantees, and warranties.My perimeter is large, in terms of "shopping around"! I'm not going to live in any 15 minute city, I will go two hours one way for the pizza I LOVE, when a store stops carrying it around here. I've been to Greensboro to pick up a DR Trimmer. I have the time, energy, and money, but for service and a friendly smile, it's easy to find at Carthage Saw and Mower

Never buy anything from this place. Anything wrong with it they will tell you it was bad gas and not covered. Go to Lowes or Home Depot. My Toro mower had less than an hour on it. The tried to tell me bad gas but all my other mowers are running just fine on it.

I surely hope that this mower place be close soon because the only Answer you get before you ask the question they tell you when don't have it they are racist they looking you like if you don't have money to pay for the part they tell you to go to the Napa auto parts to get it when you trying to buy a law mower belt ???

I love the team at Carthage Saw and Mower! They are always willing to help and work hard to get my equipment back to me in a timely manner. I appreciate Ms. Betty always looking out for me when I am there. Today I picked up a Stihl brand battery powered hand chainsaw. Man what an awesome tool. I love it. No Gardener or arborist should be without. Thank you MsBetty.

Took my weedeater in for warranty repair ended up having a stuck valve, denied warranty, they state moisture caused rust, I paid the 41$ to pick it up they then tell me it's in pieces and so I got a weedeater completely disassembled and there is no rust on the stuck valve, no rust on it at all its a stihl fs111rx that I bought from them last August for $450 they want $400 to repair.

If you value your time and money, do not go here. This is a terrible small business. I've brought my mower here 5 or 6 times for the same issue that is yet to be fixed. Each time they've looked at it, it's been a 3 week process before return without a resolution. The reasoning is always the same. They are either really backlogged or the mechanic is out sick 3x a week.The last time I picked it up they sent me a message 2 days later asking me to come pick up my mower. It came from the same person who returned it to me prior. Where is the accountability of equipment that people are trusting to this business?I was told before this last diagnosis that if it doesn't work well help you get reimbursed from cub cadet. Just come or call and tell the staff you want cub cadet to buy it back/reimburse. Called cub cadet and confirmed this is something they actually do. All it needs is the mechanic and business signing off basically saying they do not know what is wrong or they can not repair it. Mentioned what the previous employee said when I called in. I was told the "boss" would be calling me to help get cub cadet to reimburse. All I got was a text message saying we're not interested in buying your mower... which is not what I asked for in the first place.Save yourself many headaches and seek out a different small business for your needs. Definitely will not go back and recommend you don't either!

5/16/23: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Brought my working chainsaw in for a cleaning and tune up 4 months ago. Long story short, constant excuses, no progress. It worked when I brought it in and now they can't start it. After 4 months and multiple phone calls and visits, I was told it was ready. Drove an hour to pick it up. Turns out they have not touched it in 30 days. Owner is worthless and only has excuses. Will never come here again. 5/17/23: UPDATE. After yesterday, I thought nothing would surprise me. Today they text me and told me it needs a new part (they have had it for four months) and that will be an additional $70 bringing the cost to over $220 for what should have been a cleaning. After I explained to the employee that I was done doing business with them she said she had heard about me and would not deal with me and then hung up. Absolutely the WORST customer service and INEPT repair shop I have ever done business with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
