Great car buying experience. I had a very specific Bronco in mind with end of year incentives. JP was patient and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find the SUV and made negotiating a final price a pleasant experience. This dealership is almost an hour away from my home, but I will definitely make the trip for service and for future purchases. I was able to do most everything online so, unlike the car buying years ago, my time spent in the dealership was minimal. There were no negatives. I would not hesitate to recommend Cooper Ford.

I appreciated how attentive and straightforward the team was throughout my recent visit. Communication was clear at every step, and I never felt rushed or pressured in the process. The staff took time to answer questions thoroughly, which made the experience feel transparent and customer-focused.
There was a discrepancy between the website and the in-store information, but I was impressed with how quickly the team worked to resolve it. In particular, salesman Mike Thomas handled the situation with professionalism and care, ensuring that I left feeling confident and satisfied with the outcome. It was easy to see that customer satisfaction is a priority.

Great experience w Cooper Ford. I tried the small, local dealership instead of the larger multiplex dealers and was rewarded for it. Great communication for months as I waited for the 2026 model. They treat you like a person not a number. Highly recommend.

Bought a 2025 Ranger, had my first service and factory recall completed at 8000 miles.
Was promised 1pm pickup.
Call service department at 1:30pm, truck not ready.
2:15pm Cooper called me back, apologized for the late completion time, sent a employee to pick me up at home.
Things do not go as planned, but how a store handles errors is where the true colors are exposed.
Great customer service.

My experience at Cooper Ford was phenomenal. I went to three other dealerships in the area, and Cooper is by far the easiest to work with with a great selection of vehicles. I cannot recommend them over other dealers enough.
