Excellent customer service. What a team of folks. When I walk into this store, I am greeted and assisted. Staff comes up with solutions to help my hardware needs. I don't mind paying prices a little higher than Lowes and Home Depot, when service is this good . Great selection. Promote our US Small Businesses.

Outstanding service! My brother and I needed a few parts, so we went Keith Hardware. Surprisingly, they have more supplies than one would imagine. We were impressed with their customer service. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. I am new to Carthage. I will not go to another hardware store unless Keith Hardware can not meet my needs.

I love this hardware store. Everyone is so helpful and kind. They have a pretty large variety considering they are a bit smaller than big box stores but this is always my first choice. Thanks!!!!
