We will not be returning to AAA on Kildaire Farm Road. This location use to provide good service, but that is no longer the case. At our last visit, AAA tried to upsell us on a 'bad battery', and provided a screen shot of a failed battery test.
We told AAA the battery was just over a year old and our 2 previous batteries each lasted 5 to 6 years, so there must be a mistake. Then they tried to convince us that car batteries are no longer made to last more than a couple years. They didn't bother to ask if there have been any issues starting the car or any unusual behavior while driving.
When I took the car elsewhere for a second opinion, the staff was skeptical about an early failure, asked if we were having any issues starting or driving the car, and then tested the battery. Lo and behold, the battery test came back OK. Be very skeptical of the upsell here.

Without authorization, these folks give your personal contact information to their other department as a lead to peddle their other business ventures. A month after having a oil change their insurance team called me to peddle their insurance products. The agent stated that The car care team told them that I requested a quote. That is totally untrue. Who knows if next I'll hear from their travel team. Seems like a pretty desperate method of lead generation.

The customer service was great! They explained the details & presented options for repair. Once they completed the work, they explained what was wrong.

Wanted to compliment the outstanding travel agent service my wife and I received from Kari Minchey yesterday, at the Kildaire Rd. AAA office. We had an appointment at 2 pm but showed up early and Kari was more than accommodating in seeing us early. We were finalizing a river cruise trip but wanted help with booking flights and getting some other questions answered. Kari was fantastic in answering our questions and assisting us in booking our flights. Super experience and highly recommend Kari and this AAA office!
