This was my first time at this ABC store because I don’t stay on this side of town. The staff were super friendly and customer service was excellent. I bought a case of alcohol and the clerk suggested that we open the case to make sure all was there, nothing was broken and that there were no empty bottles. I really appreciate him doing that for me. I will be back if I am on this side of town again.

Liquor store without a great selection or great prices. Large difference between this and a state where you can have commercial alcohol stores not state owned

Terrible experience. My girlfriend and I went there today. My girlfriend turned 21 this last November. The lady at the cashier when greeted with a “hey how are you!” she replied with “I’m gonna need to see your ID and card next to eachother” not even a hello. Then after giving her the ID and card, she rolled her eyes and walked to the back to check the ID. Then after checking the ID she asked another employee to put it in the ID scanner and whispered something in their ear. Then after both tests came back as a real ID as she IS 21, she came back and as she handed the ID back she said “ridiculousness” and rolled her eyes again. Terrible customer service extremely rude especially for someone who was legally able to be there.

Never had such a rude experience at an ABC store. The white haired gentleman who checked me out shouldn't work in any customer service role.
