Great prices on a good selection of foods
I’m genuinely impressed with Aldi’s everyday low prices on a surprisingly wide and high-quality selection of foods. Whether I’m doing a full weekly shop or just grabbing a few essentials, Aldi consistently delivers excellent value without sacrificing taste or variety—right here in the US, where their no-frills model keeps costs down while maintaining fresh, reliable options.
Their fresh produce section is a steal: crisp romaine lettuce hearts for just $1.45, ripe Hass avocados at $0.49 each, large bunches of bananas for $0.42, and pint-sized fresh strawberries or blueberries often under $2.99. It’s easy to fill your cart with vibrant, seasonal fruits and veggies without breaking the bank, and they rotate weekly for even better deals.
The meat counter shines with affordable, quality cuts: fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts at $2.99 per pound, USDA Choice sirloin steaks around $4.99/lb, and their Never Any! line of antibiotic-free meats that rival pricier organic brands. For grilling or weeknight dinners, it’s unbeatable value.
Aldi’s award-winning own brands elevate the experience. The Simply Nature organic line offers wholesome staples like cage-free eggs for $2.99 a dozen and grass-fed beef. Indulge in Belmont Bakery’s artisan sourdough loaves for $2.49, Moser Roth fine chocolates starting at $2.49 (multiple International Chocolate Awards wins), and their award-winning Winking Owl wines from $3.99—perfect for casual sipping. Everyday essentials like 1% milk for $2.29 a gallon, freshly baked croissants from $1.19, and cheese blocks under $3 make stocking up effortless.
Weekly Aldi Finds add excitement, from wild-caught salmon fillets at $7.99/lb to gourmet cheeses and international snacks at rock-bottom prices. Fast checkouts, no bagging hassles, and consistent savings—shop Aldi and wonder why you ever went elsewhere.

This was my first time shopping at this Aldi on Kildaire. I never write reviews for anything but the way I was treated by a staff member was just uncalled for and rude. Apparently, if you forget to put the divider between your items on the conveyor and the cashier rings your items up wrong, it's your fault. This is what happened to me and a sweet lady in front of me who was only buying one item. We both as grown women were made to feel like children. The cashier was visually and audibly frustrated and rude to us as we both stood in silence shocked. Needless to say, I will never shop there again and would discourage others to as well. Hire kind employees!

Great place to get groceries. Sometimes they are out of pasture raised eggs, frozen mangoes and 85% beef though.

Just ran in to pick up a few items. No cashier to assist with problems at self check out. Senior citizen using mobile cart was left high and dry by clerk who put her groceries in a separate cart instead of the basket on her mobility cart, then left. I went looking for some assistance and stuck my head in the back area to call for someone. Woman bringing cart in told me to never come in there and offered absolutely no assistance in getting any one to registers other than a sarcastic she'll be there. Went back, waited another 5 minutes, then walked out. I had started going to the Aldi in Cary because this store is generally messy and the counters don't look like they are ever cleaned. Good reminder to stick to the Cary location even though it is out of the way for me.

This afternoon at 2:36 pm I was in line to pay for my products, I had put my separator because someone in front of me was paying for their groceries when the cashier sees me with a hateful face and says “why did you put your things? move them the line is walking and I am checking him out” I told him sorry I didn't know I couldn't put my products, he answered again “I told you to move it hold the products in your arms, and wait” I moved to another cash register and the cashier apologized to me he saw the way the cashier man named Scott spoke to me a rude person and his face said it all a racist person ... that is not the way to talk to a Customer, for the second time and the last that I go to your store .!
