I had a great experience with the RDU-R team. Leena and Ben were super helpful and professionally navigated me through a new account setup and vehicle loan. Within hours after e-signing my docs I had a check available for pickup. My brother is a pilot and member and I now feel part of the "AA family".

I am a retired f/a. I have used the AA Credit Union on three different types of real estate transactions over the years. They are the best; organized, efficient, accurate, patient and helpful. I highly recommend them, I do not think you could do better. Sheryl Jordan

January 2019 by Victor M.
While anyone can join this institution my suggestion is that you stay away. Today is the 28th of January and they still don't release tax documents for 2018. Normally we work during the first week of January and have our corporate tax return ready and we file on the 28th. This year the only forms missing are from my personal account here. Called Dallas and they don't seem to know when they will have them ready, someone said it is up to the individual branch so I called Cary and they have no idea of what I am talking about. I get that they have until January 31st but if you have all the information at your fingertips why wait until the last day. Their motto is "we work for you" if that was true tax documents would be ready January First like so many other institutions. Stone age credit union adds up using a calculator and prints documents , they say they had a problem with the printers. As a service to members they give away pocket paper calendars during the month of January not knowing about smart phones. That would have been ok for the eighties but now there are other things that are important to members. minus 5 stars to the branch and the principal office in Dallas
