2 stars because the apartments are nice and I enjoy the area. But the people who work at the leasing office will not do anything for you if they can help it. They will look you in the eyes and sincerely tell you they will resolve an issue the following day, and then you will never hear from them again if you don’t continue to remind them about the issue. And this is not a one time thing this has been multiple times. I have major appliances in my apartment that still do not function correctly because dealing with the leasing office was such a pain that I decided it’s just not worth it to get things fixed. They will repeatedly forget to do the things they promised, and then act like you are being super unreasonable if you manage to catch them in person and explain that this is frustrating. They are RARELY in the office during the times they say they will be. Multiple times now I have had office staff tell me to show up at a certain time and when I show up the doors are locked and nobody is there. All of this stuff wouldn’t be so frustrating if they were even a little bit apologetic, but they give you attitude and act like it’s crazy to want your leasing office staff to do the things they promised at the times they promised. Overall the units are nice and the location is beautiful but dealing with any maintenance or leasing office issues is like pulling teeth. I had a maintenance worker promise me that he would be back the following day, and that was 4 months ago. Haven’t heard anything since. That’s the kind of place The Kildaire Reserve is.

I do not really like people entering my apartment when I am not home. Unless for an emergency, Otherwise great service and I should be finished with any maintenance work for awhile.

I am utterly impressed. I came to look today, the day after X-mas and I met the manager Nicole. The property was beautiful, the grounds were uber clean, the décor was so stylish with the high ceiling and all the accent walls blew me away. the vibe felt so great but her customer service was beyond impeccable. To actually have the manager working the day after X-mas so her employees could be with their families is pretty amazing. I have looked at several other places and I found some things to be lacking in either being tidy, or the employees not really treating their job like they were the owner. This place hit all the marks. I hope to relocate here and if I do this place will be the one for me.On a side note, the ladies room not only had pretty nice foaming hand soap but they also had a decorative hand lotion as well!!! I have been to 5 star restaurants that don't even have that. Also you can pick an accent wall that they will actually paint for you in your favorite color Amazeballs.

I only just moved in a couple weeks ago but so far Arium has exceeded my expectations. Office Personnel and the maintenance team have been quick to respond to my needs/questions and are very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Maintenance is horrible. They are rude, unprofessional and take their good ole time to get things done if they even come. The staff is not helpful. This is not the place to be. I would NOT recommend.

Don't rent from them unless you want to pay exorbitant fees and costs for Amenities that don't work. The pool at Arium Kildaire was closed more than it was open . BTW I've been in fleabag motels that had fewer roaches...and these were german roaches, not the big palmetto bug common in the south. The staff couldn't eliminate these bug problems. Also when you move out, they always replace the carpet and make you pay for it.Mark Gashler
