Do not feel comfortable with their COVID testing protocols. My son and I were tested at the same time. The technician appeared to be confused as to which vile and label went with which sample. I received my son's results about 7 hours later, which were negative (even though he was symptomatic and had exposure) and never received mine. I am almost positive the technician mixed up our viles. Going to retest where we normally go and trust their result 100% of the time, which are fast and accurate Radeas Labs.

I told a COVID test on Sunday and it’s now Friday. I have been calling and calling and leaving message and no test results yet. I have been out of work since last week. This don’t make no sense you have to take this long to get test result and lose time out of work because no one get with you for your results.

For some reason the results of my original test were not sent to me. I went back after 3 days thinking it was best to retake the test anyway. Chetan was the person that helped me. He was helpful and professional taking the new test, but he also took the time to follow up on the previous years and ensure I got those results. Don't know what happen to the first one but he certainly made up for it. Thanks.

Just haven't received my results yet.. believe it may be cause of back log but nothing.. no call didn't ask for emailing address but has home address may be you guys will mail it. Just want to know

Used their covid test outpost in zebulon. Unsanitary and cross-contamination!!!!!Before the test I was asked to hold a folder and pen to fill out my name, dob, phone number and address. Without any sanitation, was handed the vile and test swab to preform my own test. After I was done I was asked to write my name on the vile, and they took the pen back. Without removing gloves or washing up she heads off to the next car. If I didn't have covid then, I have it now thanks to aspirar pharmacy.
