I had an issue with my daughter”s vehicle that required immediate attention. It was a Saturday afternoon so I took it over to Atlantic Tire with the hope I could get it fixed as my daughter was heading back to school on Sunday. They were able to work me in, diagnose, and fix the issue. They were really great to work with. What began as a potential headache for me ended up with the best outcome.

My Elantra got a flat at Walmart across from them. They had my tire in stock and took care of it right away! Reasonable price too! Friendly staff

I needed tires and didn't have a place I usually go, so I searched and found Atlantic Tire. While there, it occurred to me that I needed an oil change and an inspection as well. They took care of everything in a reasonable amount of time and with communicative updates.

We had an and issue with my daughter's car, they were able to find the issue and replace all the parts and do her 100k service all at the time at a fair price. As always they did a great job and even drove her home since it was a Saturday and the car would not be ready till Monday.

Great Service at Atlantic Tire Asheville Ave. They service my older Chevy Corvette and my not as old Ram 1500. They always do a great job and I trust them! Thanks Clay and all the mechanics!

I thank God for this place! BIGGG shoutout to those gentlemen that took care of my car for me today. I tried to go to multiple auto mechanics in the RDC area, to get someone to look at my car (a 2012 Genesis) and figure out all that needs to be done or repaired. Everyone else wanted to charge a diagnostic fee and they may or may not find a problem!!!I originally came in for a visual brake inspection, because my brakes were grinding badly, but instead they did their courtesy multiple point inspection, (didn't even know they offered that). It was exactly what I needed! They were able to find out everything that needs to be repaired, including the annoying whining sound that my car makes, especially on cold startup. Love their text feature that allows you to see their repair recommendations and allows you to approve the repair or decline it. It was all priced out with pictures attached so you can see everything that needs work. Love the transparency!!I was able to get my front brakes and rotors done and a oil change!! They were very fast (was in at 9AM and out a little after 12PM)! I will be back to take care of the rest of the repairs. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

UPDATE: About an hour after posting this review, I received a call from the general manager. Not only was he apologetic, he was patient, attentive and genuinely concerned about the situation. We had a positive conversation and appreciated feedback which allows for training opportunities. Based on his responses, I feel confident he will do what he can to ensure these situations occur less frequently. Thank you, sir!I can’t recall a worse customer service experience. I have been going to a different Atlantic Tire for over 7 years. My whole family has been going there. My daughter had a blow out and the Asheville rd location was the closest. I called and the front desk guy (Ray?) was very nice. I get the car up there and all is well… so you think. I get a quote for $1,500 to replace all the tires and buy a new rim. They order the rim because it was bent (allegedly). No update calls. I call them. They say, “yeah, we just got the rim. It’ll be done this afternoon”. I get a voicemail “give us a call back”. I called back. The same jovial guy says with a smile, “we ordered the wrong rim!”. He then went to speak to the mechanic. Comes back and tells me the mechanic is on the phone with Chevy now because the rim is discontinued. He again says, with a smile, “huh. Never seen that before”. He didn’t offer any solutions. I asked him a few follow-up questions to which he said, “Tyrone is on the phone with Chevy. I’ll have him call you when he’s done”. Guess what. No phone call. Next day comes. No phone call. I drive across Raleigh to get another rim in hopes it has a tire on it so I can mount it myself and not give Atlantic anymore business… to no avail. I show up with the rim and am greeted with Tyrone saying, “Hey, look what you got!”… really? Apparently Ray never told Tyrone to call me? They apologized for Ray. They said they were really busy and people were sick. This is why they couldn’t call me back and keep me updated. The guy apologized and said it’s not excused (appreciated). They then said they would get this done right now. 3 hours later, I get the full invoice. Half hour later (30 minutes before they close), they call. I live more than 30 minutes away so that is not helpful. I picked up my car today and said, “don’t worry. You won’t see me again”. They brushed it off, not even acknowledging my comment. I will recommend people do NOT go here. I will discourage anyone to go to any Atlantic Tire because you don’t know what you are going to get. My family will seek other shops from now on. FYI: Firestone is less expensive.

Got some work done on my Volvo back in July. They ended up replacing a spring with one that didn't fit my vehicle correctly. The manager said he would order one that fits the car but never got back to me.Subsequently, I had a tire blow out on 64. Had it towed here because I knew they had a shuttle to/from my workplace. Ended up getting four all new tires, one of which needed a new rim. After a bit, the aforementioned newly rimmed tire developed a slow leak which requires air every two or three weeks.Don't fall for the 4.9 rating on here like I did. +1 for area shuttle service.

I booked an appointment for a wheel alignment and tire replacement. The customer service was satisfactory, and the technician efficiently completed the requested services without any problems. However, I noticed the price of the tires was a bit higher compared to my previous purchases, possibly due to inflation.

Not a great experience from this location. 5 months ago I was in need of a new wheel bearing and had it replaced. They also did an alignment.Unfortunately, I noticed the alignment was done incorrectly because the wear pattern on all four tires was slanted outward. This faulty alignment caused my vehicle to fail inspection because the outside of the tire was too worn. I also noticed a winding noise from the passenger side(replaced bearing).I returned to the shop to resolve the above issues, but they couldn't locate my work ticket because they acquired a new system after going corporate. The manager on duty mentioned it would take some time to find the ticket and figure out where things went wrong, but they could have gone outside and inspected the vehicle firsthand. Despite being a Saturday, a 5 minute visual and short drive could have confirmed the issues.A week or so has passed and I have not been contacted by anyone at this location. So I have decided to get my vehicle repaired elsewhere.Customer service was poor, and the work is not guaranteed based on my experience. Considering this was my first experience here I would not recommend this location.

Incredibly professional, efficient, and effective crew. Needed some work on my rims and a tire alignment, my car feels 10x better than before. The communication was great and they utilize their website very well. Would recommend to anyone.

I went in to get new tires, oil change, and a state inspection. It took 3 hours to complete. It was only after I reviewed the invoice a few days later that I realized that the oil change and state inspection were not completed. It was a really long time to not even do two of the requested services. Now I can't renew my registration. Positives were that the place was clean and the customer service was friendly.
