“Very very annoyed with the service from my claim handler. My case is very straight forward, and she told me it was pretty black and white and should be rectified by the end of the wk. it started great I called and did the claim on the 6th. Got the documents signed, notarized, and sent in on the 7th. It’s been radio silence since. No emails returned no phone calls returned. No movement on my portal. No nothing.
I am changing my review due to my claims handler reaching out and explaining what hapened. She had an medical emergency and I am not a heartless person. Although in a perfect world someone else would have reached out to let her clients know that she is out of the office but everyone is human and things happen. A soon as she got in the office she called, and got my claim handled very quickly and was very sweet. I also appreciate Eries initial repsonse to my original review. If it hadn't been for the silence this would have been a 5 star review from day one but again things happen and I try to be understanding of peoples time. She fixed the problem and was open and communicative about why there was a delay which she didn't have to do. Thank you Kathy for being great and I hope you have a great year and good health.”
