I came to this autozone to get a free diagnostic test for why my vehicle’s check engine light was on and why it was having issues stalling and having trouble turning on. Derrick and Castro helped with this test, and the result was that I needed a new CKP sensor. They had the part at the store, which I purposed, and they also had a mechanic on site that I was able to have come over later in the day and change it for me. Everyone was such great help and so nice and friendly. I highly recommend receiving service from here!

Called in today to get a warranty replacement part. The person who answered the phone had me repeat my phone number 6 times (not a big deal, just annoying). Found my warranty, looked up the part, and then told me he didn't know how to order it to the store and told me to order it myself and that he was new. He then said bye and hung up.
He absolutely should have put someone else on the phone if he didn't know how to help instead of just hanging up. It was super rude and unprofessional. I ended up calling another location and having them order the part instead.

Super helpful when it came to figuring out if my car dying was a battery or alternator. They did some diagnostic testing and ended up jumping my car when it died again. The persistence and patience when it came to our situation made our week!

Antonio and Matt are angelic men. My battery died around 7:30pm on a Sunday, I flew to their shop got there right at 8pm when they were closing up. They had me in and out with a new battery in no more than 10 mins. Literal angels man. Thank you guys, for supporting a single dad in my time of need.

A couple of days ago I came in to get my headlight replaced and a check engine light code checked Xavier and his team went above and beyond he was able to answer all of my question or atleast find someone to answer them I can’t thank you guys enough -🥰-

DJ went above and beyond helping me today! I had to replace my battery and I drive a Prius (super difficult location for a car battery)! He did a fantastic! Job was super patient and kind 11/10 service!

It's been many years, decades since I entered my 1st 'auto' parts stores. The smell, the 'goodies'.
Many times back when I was 15, or 16 did I spend either in the store or under my car.

Had a great experience switching out my battery after being stranded at the airport. Marcus was very mindful and attentive to me as I wrangled two toddlers in a car on a hot day. Highly recommend!
