Literally don't go here. I had to come here twice because they misspelled my last name after marriage, and it's STILL misspelled. Supposedly the investments guy is "educated" but apparently can't spell people's names? Now I have to go to the Colonades location to try and rectify the situation. This will be my 3rd time going to a Bank of America location to try and get my name fixed.

Worst branch in my experience with Bank of America, at least for business needs. Avoid them. I tried several times because they were close to me, but now I do prefer driving more but be served well. This was a first time ever when I was proposed to use different bank to make a wire transfer. Another branch did that wire immediately.

I went for a wire transfer. Carried my NCDOT issued valid license which is currently in paper format as NC is taking ages to send plastic cards. The same license I used to legally drive and do other things in NC. But the branch would not accept it despite my explanation, presenting all bank cards, last 4 digits of SSN, explaining my preferred customer status etc. I was told to bring my passport. The employee was courteous and polite but I am baffled by BOA rigid policies making it difficult for customers to do business.

Highly inefficient staff & like other few members mentioned they always find reasons and refer to rule book for notary service. I didn't have to argue but this was not expected as a customer service.

They are the most inefficient, ineffective Bank of America branch i’ve ever been to. I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 15 years and this was by far the worst service I have ever had. The workers when you schedule meetings are incompetent and not helpful. Don’t recommend going here.

Very disrespectful and bad experience at this branch. Went for Notary after making an appointment. My other friend warned me to go this branch but still I dared. Rep was trying to find way to say they can't notarize it, when they found no reason, was told its a complimentary service. Well, that's very disrespectful. If you don't want to do it, why don't you list this location as offers Notary.First person, checked doc and said they can't do it here go to UPS. When asked the reason, showed me Notary rule book. Okay...taken, then one document met the criteria of what they can do notary on, and he, other 2 member of staff got busy in finding what reason could be given to say No to this as well. When no clear reason they all able to give, they said, its a complementary service. :) i.e. they decide when to say yes and no. well the time you guys spend of finding a reason or sentence in rule book, you would have done the legitimate document notarization.If the branch manager cares about customer, I expect they would contact me to get full details.Moving my account.

There is almost never fewer than 4 people in line to see the one teller working. Meanwhile there are 2 or 3 managers wandering around "checking people in." A few months ago, they added a special line for businesses. I had high hopes for a shorter line as I am a business owner. Alas, there is never a teller at the business window, so I'm still in the long line waiting to deposit cash for my business.

The ATM ate my card. They didn't even attempt to help. Pretty much told me it was my problem and made no attempt to take the ATM out of service... So it had probably been broken or will at least cause issues with the next person. Then I had to wait in line to get cash. Four people were behind the counter with one lane open servicing a long line. To no surprise, they also couldn't help me get a new card ordered. All around lazy and unhelpful.
