I've been a Bank of America customer for over 30 years. When I opened a small business, I hesitatingly opened my business account at Bank of America because I was already dissatisfied with the service, but didn't want the hassle of going to a new bank when I already had several accounts with Bank of America. We have paid our bills on time and have sizable balances in the positive for our checking and savings accounts, however, when we closed our business, we had a $28,000 debt on our business credit card. We had our business through Covid and it was brutal. We wanted to do a zero interest balance transfer and Bank of America would not consider this in spite of the loyalty, length of service, and excellent payment history. I would not bank here, Their customer service is terrible (Everywhere I've ever lived from California to Florida to New Jersey to finally Cary). Just got off the phone with them-and even though it's going to be a huge hassle I'm moving all of my accounts elsewhere this week. I see they already have a 2.5% rating so other people are equally as disappointed in the poor customer service at Bank of America. I'll be pulling my Merrill Lynch accounts out of there as well.

Just simply the worst branch. One teller. One guy walking around asking people what they need and no help. Long line waiting on that one teller and all the other people there siting around looking out the window. I am a preferred customer because my business hold a lot of money in their bank. Waited an hour after I saw the teller and still had to walk out with no assistance. Will have to drive to another branch for assistance.

I will never understand why there is never more than one teller working here. There is always a line, so it is obvious that there is more demand for help than this. Yet there are always at least two people greeting you when you walk in the door. If you are saving labor, you are doing it in the wrong area. Look at your reviews....this isn't people just nit picking. You do a lot of business here. Be more responsive to your client's needs and respectful of their time.

Went to BOA because my debit card wasn't working this was a mistake. I went behind the magical wall and 13 people were in line waiting to give BOA their money. I wait 32 minutes to perform the service needed. Reasons to take your business to another bank - They have one cashier to attempt to force us to do online banking- it's not working someone get out that fancy office and wait on your customers. I have kids don't want to take kids out of car seat - Well they closed the drive thru so, they can keep taking our money and not paying for us to be serviced. Open the Drive Thru - we want to be serviced! This location on Davis is in a great location ! But service and quality of help is lacking. Hire some help.....

Horrible customer service. About 12 people in line behind me with one teller but other staff wondering around doing nothing. Walked up to teller who said I would have to wait until she was done with what she was doing. Painfully watched her open envelope after envelope and count contents and put the info into the computer. I stood there for 10 minutes before she would help me and then she was totally rude!!!!! All of this while all those other people waited behind me. Sadly it will do no good to complained as no one cares about customer service at BofA. Been with them for 30 years and now looking for another bank!!!!

You enter the bank and usually there's an associate greets you with nice attitude and smile. Then if you need a simple transaction so forward to the teller, oh boy.. she never has a courtesy for customers. Three times, then I am done with her. Get it done on Atm or go to another location. Always get on my nerves, and ruin my day. Seriously, could u say hello, plz, thank you or bye to your customers. I always say those, and she she doesn't even reply. Better training for the attitude needed!!!!

Expect a weight. There is always a line, and at the most two tellers. On top of it, the tellers are rude. Absolutely ridiculous

This bank has one teller working on a prime time Saturday during the holidays. Clearly you don't value other people's time.
