I am an attorney. I literally came to cash a check someone gave me that I’ve known since I was 5 years old. A very close family friend. They called and verified the check with him, but still wouldn’t cash it. They didn’t like he recently changed his cell phone number on the account, however the home number they called has been the same number the entire time that I’ve known him. They then take the check in the back and when I went to speak with the manager, she shut the door on me. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life at a bank. I had to call the the person who gave me the check back again, and he then tried to call the bank back to speak with them again. I didn’t even get an apology from the manager, she never even came out of the office she closed the door on me from. To make things worse, no one was even in the bank. It was empty. Just a horrible experience. I only came to this bank because I was passing it. Never again. I am calling corporate and I will be filing some sort of a complaint.

I've been into this branch 5 or so times and I'm not sure I've ever gotten what I needed to get done accomplished (sending a wire, getting a form notarized, making a deposit).I always end up having to go to a different branch for basic banking services.The bad service here isn't a fluke. Save yourself the time and frustration -- go elsewhere.

High quality experience working with Lauren. She helped me to get into better checking/saving solution, and pointed out helpful elements on our existing loans. Made me feel a lot better about the Truist transition.

Never thought I would be racially profiled at a bank. I went to cash a specific check at this location because it was closer to my job. I don't bank with them but the teller treated me like I was committing fraud. Wasted my break time because she assumes that it must be a stolen check that has my name, address and I had a valid ID with the same address on it. I called to speak with the manager and the same person answers the phone and says the manager is on "vacation". Just sat you don't want people of color coming there.*Update* So why did I just leave the Tryon location and did not experience any issues???

Terrible service. atm is out of service and only one bank teller at 4 Pm on Wednesday. Never coming back here.

I have had a great experience with our bankers. They are always very nice, respond quickly, and I genuinely feel they have our best interest at heart.

Although the teller positions are often undermanned, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they work hard to satisfy your requests.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible banking experience here. I am immediately switching banks. If you value your money and your sanity, BANK ELSEWHERE.
