I went into the Cary NC location to ask about price matching on a sofa, and was told by one of the staff members that they do not price match with competitors. However, they advertise that they do. He even went as far as to say that it has been a big issue with that advertisement. So I contacted customer support and found out that they actually DO price match with competitors. The staff needs to be properly trained on the polices.

I have to admit that I wasn't a Big Lots fan until THIS Big Lots. No matter when you go in, it is ALWAYS neat and orderly and someone is always tidying up. The people are friendly and helpful. They changed my mind!
