I did not receive any information on my files. Am I getting a refund or do I need to pay taxes. She did not tell me or send me any info. I feel I may have been scammed? I am not sure what is going on, but I have to call or go back to see what is happening.

Do not recommend, while its easy to make an appointment it is much more expensive than Turbo Tax and they didn't offer a way to pay federal taxes online. Total waste of money!

This was single handedly the worst experience I've ever had with H&R Block in all the time I've used them for returns.I dropped off my return, didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks, called multiple times and was repeatedly told that I would get a call back, but never received a call back. It wasn't until I raised a stink in office, that the return got started. Pretty sure I got charge for a Business Return when I don't even own a business.

Bill did my taxes last year; no problem. This year Greg called me from their office to set up a phone appointment with BIll, which I had to reschedule. On Easter Sunday Greg called and told me that they would not be able to do my taxes after all because they did not have enough advisors. I had never even called them to ask for their services this year; they called me! And then called again to say they could not do them after all! Two days before they are due! WTH? I will never all them in the future, that's for sure!

The Worst experience dealing with the customer service at this location. The man that answers the phone is disrespectful in communication and hung up on me. I have tried multiple times to reach the tax preparer through the app as well call numerous times by phone with no return call.
