Car vacuum is ALWAYS out of order and the automated machine still takes your money. It turns on but the vacuum hose doesn't work it literally has no suction no matter how much you tinker with it .... Also the car wash doesn't accept purchases from credit/debit card it only takes cash.

I may be the only review that thinks this place is great. A mini post office to mail all my small business packages that is better than the usual post office!!! Literally never a line! My package ships quicker than the regular post office. I think the staff is hilarious! The ladies remind me of my fun aunts!! I rarely get gas here just because it's always packed or sometimes out of gas in my past experiences..... but the post office is a gem!

This store is a gas station and mini post office. The post office elements are limited but for simple actions - they can get the job done. I didn't have a good experience with the post office element. I went to ship a package. Now, this part is on me - I put the address where it should have gone to in the from section; instead of the to section. However, the woman working the counter did not confirm with me (I learned later this was action that should have taken place) what the to address was to be. When I received the package back, I went back to the location to see why it was returned to me. The woman told me I would have to paid $16 AGAIN to have it mailed due to the error. I was taken back, why would I pay AGAIN for a mistake that could have been caught if she had confirmed with me the correct address. The other manager stepped in and told me that I would need to go to the main post office - about 15 mins away and have them refund me and reship it to the correct address. Again, I take responsibility for my part - but the way the woman came off when she didn't do her part wasn't great customer service at ALL. I just left and went to the main office as the male manager stated. There they refunded the amount and posted it to the cost of shipping it again. Lesson was learned on my part - check your labels and make sure THEY confirm where it is going.

This review is for the new breeze thru. I find the folks working there friendly. I came in a bit late to mail a package and walked right up to the counter not noticing the post office portion was closed. The guy behind the counter opened up and helped me since USPS pick up truck was still there. He explained they had already closed but he'd be happy to help since the post office truck was still there and would be able to take my package. This may not seem like a lot but I really was the rude one in the way I just walked up and assumed they would help me (which they did). The guy was really nice even though he could clearly have turned me away.

Gas pump fast forwarded with my purchase of car wash, I didn’t get to select which one. At the end it didn’t give me a receipt. I had no idea whether I purchased a car wash or not. Waited in line to get the receipt, yes sure enough it charged me. Car wash was below average. Underwash jet was under powered.

Need a quick fuel refill, a lotto ticket or a place to ship packages and mail? This is it! I love the convenience of this place to be able to grab a drink and drop off mail to send out. It is always clean, staff is friendly and the service is quick!

Like everyone else, this review is for the new Breeze Thru and their incompetent rude staff. If I could give them zero stars, I would....I had been a postal customer of the former Dolphin's for 8-9 years and have always received efficient (& usually friendly since they knew me) service. I came in with a large stack of business mail that needed to be weighed and stamped. The first gentleman behind the counter did not seem to understand how US addresses were written and had a very difficult time navigating the postal Computer system. It took a long time for him to process just 3 out of my 20 envelopes while a long line was starting to form at the other register. It became apparent that he was the only one there behind the counter at this time. People were getting impatient & I was getting frustrated with the incompetence. After another 10 mins, another employee walked back in after her cigarette break...(She was crouched outside when I walked into the store. It should've been apparent that help would be needed with all the customers walking in.) She told the first guy to go take care of the cash register while she took over the post office transactions. She glared at me and snapped "ya know that you could've done all this on the internet" to me. Uh....YOU are being paid to do a job so DO IT!! I DON'T need to explain myself to you. She continued with her obvious attitude and slapped each envelope down on the scale while furiously jabbing the keys on the key board. Wow!! What a gem this one is!! ....so...customer beware. If you want service, come in here with low expectations.

This employee Ken decided it was so much more important to sell alcohol to a customer that is an alcoholic. The last time he sold alcohol to the same customer; the customer was 5x's over the legal limit. Ken laughed at me and said "he does not look drunk; he is a grown man and we will continue selling him alcohol." If the owner is reading this the employee is putting the community at risk just to make a profit off a beer. I would highly recommend that the owner check their security cameras to make sure Ken is truly placing ALL of the cash money in the register. This is clearly an employee that does not care.

The employee Ken is absolutely horrible. He was yelling at me and so proud that he sold alcohol to a customer that is an alcoholic. Ken said "he is a grown man and can continue serving him alcohol." The last time Ken served him alcohol he allowed him to leave the premises with a alcohol level 4 times over the legal limit. The customer collapsed on the road and was taken to Duke Hospital. To the owner.....clearly this employee does not have any compassion about the safety of the community. Ken continues to serve him alcohol. Tonight the customer is at Wake Med Apex ER after being served alcohol by Ken. Same on this business for allowing an employee to determine if someone is safe to be on the road and risk other peoples lives.

Stopped for gas, clean pumps and parking lot. There's a drive thru car wash on site. I will happily go back to fill my tank!

Worst managed gas station in all of cary/history. Owner obviously does not care at all about what happens here. Take your time to go to sheetz. Or just go to gas station on carpenter fire station Rd.
