Paid ~$75 (including tip) to get my truck washed, rims washed and tires detailed. Only 3 of the wheels seem to have been "cleaned" the front grill was still grimey as we're all of the wheel arch tops/covers. Had to spend 30+ minutes at home completing job.

I have been using this location for the last four years.Previouly it was good but now a days bad experience with this car wash.Today I went here and I did express car wash but not fully washed in my back side of car.Once again I did myself with water bottle for full clean. So waste of money and time.I will not recommend this place for clean car wash.

I love Bunkey's Car Wash they are the best the managers are so nice and accommodating there and so are the employees. I see so many people come in and they have cars that haven't been washed in YEARS and expect a 15 minute job to make it brand new again.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH. (09/23/2023)Paid $30 for interior and exterior cleaning, it seems like they didn’t vacuum the inside. Ask them nicely to vacuum properly but they didn’t.The guys out there are lazy and the vacuum don’t have good suction.

I have been to this location a few times. Due to it being so close to my house. But, I now only go when it isn’t too busy. That’s when my vehicle seems to get the best service!!! The exterior wash works very well. The inside isn’t always cleaned as well as I would like. They seem to do a quick wipe down. They do vacuum all the interior plus the trunk. In the past when it’s busy, I usually notice some water that hasn’t been dried off the exterior, my tire shine not as perfect as I like and dust/dirt that’s been missed. I have checked my vehicle before driving off and asked them to wipe down an area they have missed. And, they have done it with no argument. If you get a car wash, they do offer a decent discount on gas.Services: Auto detailing

They did a great job cleaning the inside of my car. I got the $15 quick clean, but my car looked much better after they were done. Good deal for a low price!

I tried this place three times to give them a fair judgement. Since the outside is not a manned service, it does a very decent job. The internal cleaning service is abysmal. They did the bare minimun. When I asked why my car was still dirty inside, I was told I had to get another, more expensive service. I'm not coming back.

They usually do a good job but one day while vacuuming the back of my car they opened the gallon bottle of windshield wiper fluid (some how) and the whole bottle spilled instead of them telling me they sprayed my car with a scented fragrance, I get home and the back of my car is soaked if I didn’t find it I would have left my car for days damp like that it could have caused damage and mold. I kept the windows cracked so it could dry, I told the gentleman I assume to be the owner who is always by the register he appeared to not be concerned never even offered an apology

Pretty underwhelming. With the last 2 washes, my car is still dirty in the spots the automatic brushes don't reach -- the front and the rear. The staff go through the motions of wiping these areas but they seem to not really care. It's sad, because I remember when Bunkey's was THE best carwash in the Triangle.

Wasting time. I did not even get the service. The greeter was not a pleasant to talk to explain nothing about their services. The review do not lie. Find a better car wash to go to.

Very rude manager! Went in for a car wash today one of the machines was not working, so my car was still pretty dirty. Asked for a refund and the manager said he would give it to me but would ban me afterwards.

Nope. Cup holders, etc not even wiped down. I don't understand why they would just leave such obvious spot dirty

Paid 32 dollars for full service but received just exterior wash. Interior was untouched with dust over console, doors, steering wheel, seats and radio. It wasn’t even touched inside. Good exterior wash but if you buy interior service you are just giving them money.Services: Polishing
