What was suppose to take a month took just under 2 weeks. The truck came back looking factory. I even contacted the rep afterwards for the smallest of issues and they were super awesome about getting me back in without an appointment and adressed my concerns same day! They do great work and seem to stand behind it! Hopefully I never have to use them again but if the situation arrives where a body shop is needed I wont hesitate to come back!

I needed to have some body work done after an accident, and Caliber Collision was recommended to me. The quality of the work, and the constant communication during the entire process was wonderful. I would highly recommend them if you need any body work done!

Would have given ZERO stars if possible, take my advice and go to Gerber. Caliber warranty is worthless. they were last ones to touch power window and top now window does not work and roof leaks but just get excuses instead of assistance.. Will not be back.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was with Caliber. The process was seamless and customer service was over the top! Imani and Chandler were wonderful and made me feel like I was their only customer.

The technicians don't know how to paint a car. The customer service is somehow ok, but it could be better. Depending on the service advisor,you get to work with that is the service and treatment you will get.
They damage something in my car while trying to fix it and end up charging it to the insurance when they were who broke it, I don't think that is right.
I wouldn't recommend this place like I said they don't know how to paint cars and also damage more things specially when one ask about the bad job and they have to do the warranty. The scratch my car in other areas when I claimed the warranty. The manager says they will call you to make things right and I'm still waiting for that call and it's been over a month and a half. When you call the manager is never available.
Don't go there period

I took my car in a month ago and left it there for a week to get estimate done. I was told the estimate had been done and that it was emailed to me but I never received it. I was even told it would be in the car when I picked it up, but it was not. I have tried for 4 weeks to get an estimate back so I can get my car repaired. I have sent 4 emails and called over 10 times and no returned phone calls and no returned emails.
