So far, so good. My car is in the shop for Front axles. The technician provided a video of his evaluation and recommendation along with estimate. I currently have a loaner. Thankful for this! Also, when researching, I looked at CarFax.com for reviews. This was a major factor in my decision to take my car to Capital in Cary though I live near Wake Forest.

I've been coming to this service location for years since I got my 2011 Mazda (and now own a 2022), and I've always been treated fairly and with kindness. They've even gone out of their way for me a couple of times when I was in a tough spot. The service has always been great in my experience too!

Just got a Black 2024 CX-30 from Mazda of Cary and it was a great experience. The car wasn’t yet at the dealership but as soon as it arrived I was able to test drive and take it home.Will Rodden was extremely knowledgeable about the CX-30 as well as other models! He and David Butler made the whole experience easy and seamless. I never felt pressured and left with a great deal on a brand new car.

I recently purchased a 2020 Mazda 3 Sedan from capital mazda of cary and I have virtually no complaints so far! For me, it was close between this car and a couple other cars from different dealers, but salesman David Diaz sold me on this car. Unlike a majority of other salesman I've seen, David seemed passionate about mazda, knew everything he needed to + more about the car, and was truthful about everything I asked about. He was flexible, fair, and very upfront which I greatly appreciated.Thank you to David and Capital mazda of Cary for helping me choose my beautiful mazda that I intend to keep for a long time!

Absolutely pathetic dealership experience. We had an appointment to test drive the CX 90 plug-in hybrid. Two times in a row, we reached the dealer after a decent drive only to be told that they do not have the plug-in hybrid for a test drive. Each time different excuses. Appointments have no meaning and they will make you wait for a long time to see someone.The worst part is that the sales people do not know how to talk to customers. When I question them why they called me in and told me that they had a car to try their response was I did not ask you to come in somebody else did. This was the same argument a couple of people made.If an employee at a dealership is making a promise, the dealership has to be accountable for it. You can’t just go saying - I did not ask you to come in.There is absolutely no way that anybody would want to deal with people like the ones that I met at the dealership. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.I feel for Mazda; they make decent cars, but have some of the worst dealership experience in the industry.

Best car buying experience ever! Mazda makes an amazing vehicle, but it’s the dealership personnel that influences customer satisfaction, and this team is exceptional. Corey Washington, sales manager, was a joy to deal with. He exceeded all of my expectations. Terry Brooks, sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all the features of the vehicle. Chelsea Woodring, business manager, was professional in handling all the financial aspects of our transaction. Kudos to the entire dealership team. They are a credit to the Mazda brand.

I hate dealerships (sales and services) and with that said, Capital Mazda is hands down a game changer for me.Their sales team (bought two vehicles now) could not be less pressure, authentic and genuine in their approach.And their service team always has my back, never pushing service or repairs I don’t need and always looking for ways to save me money.Their staff from the top down and customer service is second to none. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Capital of Cary Lincoln and Mazda. I give you a 5 stars. This was a super smooth process from the beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Rob Forsyth. Not only was he extremely genuine and diligent, but also a true professional. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn’t have asked for much more than that. Also, I want to thanks his sales Manager for his support and making this deal possible.

Wow wow wow is all we can say to describe our experience at your dealership. Two weeks ago we were met in the parking lot by the friendliest sales person we have EVER met. Her name is Mona Hall and she is a jewel. She showed us a new Miata with the Zircon Sand color. We weren’t ready to spend $40k and asked her to call us if and when she got a white one. She didn’t forget us and checked in every couple of days until we received the call of our dreams. She had a white 2016 Miata and told us to hurry because it wouldn’t be there long. We rushed over and came home with the car of our dreams. Her personality sold the car and her knowledge of her product was the icing on the cake. The love and great service didn’t stop with Mona but kept going when we were introduced to Chelsea Woodring. That girl took finance to another level. I knew she was doing a fantastic job when my husband never said a word. He’s very OCD and you have to be top shelf to pass his approval. She is so warm and friendly and knew everything a customer would ask and explained it to perfection. Thanks to those two young ladies for giving us the perfect car buying experience. We were blessed and your dealership is blessed to have Mona and Chelsea.

Recently, my old car (Mazda 6 2011) was on its last leg which lead to needing a replacement car. I enjoyed working with Capital Mazda in Cary with Taylor and Savannah. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient. I was warmly greeted and treated well all the way through the completion of the purchase. (Mazda 6 2021) I have purchased another car previous to this and have received repairs service from this company. I have found them to be reliable and fair. I trust this company.

If you need a Mazda, this is the dealership to go to! After having an extremely negative experience at Sport Durst Mazda in Durham (which is only 5 minutes from where we live), we drove 45 minutes to Capital Mazda in Cary and it was 100% worth it! Mona is THE BEST - friendly, helpful, highly competent. While we waited for the exact vehicle we wanted, she was proactive, texting me regular updates on timing and making sure I knew they didn’t forget about me. These days that is truly above and beyond - she provided exceptional customer service. Everybody we encountered there was great - they are ready to help and answer questions as soon as you arrive (unlike other previously mentioned locations) and not in a pushy way. They know how to treat customers right!

I have a 2007 Mazda CX9 and was told that this dealer no longer services Mazda's that are over 10 years old. They evidently do not have the appropriate tools for this car. Keep this in mind if you are thinking about buying a Mazda!! They are not supporting their own brand!!! It was super disappointing as we have had three Mazdas in our family and was getting ready to purchase another.

I loved my experience with Capital Mazda of Cary! I worked with Rob, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. After going to a few different dealerships, he was the only salesman that walked me through every detail of the car before I even test drove it! This, along with their great customer service, made my experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend and I love my new 2023 Mazda 3 hatchback!
