When this HT opened I could not believe the excellent service, the smiling faces and the helpful cashiers. All the employees throughout the store would go out of their way to greet you. I cannot believe what it has turned into. I've almost stopped coming here and now either shop the HT on Sunset Lake Road or the Publix across the street. I'd rather pay higher prices on food at Publix than to run into another rude, unsmiling, simply unfriendly cashier at this HT. Why do you hire employees with absolutely no people skills? What's wrong with greeting a customer at checkout with a smile? Is this a lost art? You do realize that you lose customers with this type of management principle. Get with it Harris Teeter....

This HT is disgusting now. Thank god publix is across the street and food lion down the road. The deli department was absolutely disgusting today. They had two new workers who were frantic about their service. I am mad because there was no manager with them directing them. No sub rolls except one option. No meatballs ready. Environment was not clean and product that should stored properly wasn't. Really?

I moved to this area fairly recently, and shopped in Harris Teeter approx. four times. I found the checkout staff very friendly, and helpful, so I have no complaints. I just need to shop there more often so I learn the layout of the store.

Its to bad some of the employees here are idiots it really is because Harris Teeter is a decent grocery chain. At this location on the corner of Ten Ten and Kildair Farm Rd I have had more than one run in with a employee there over the years. Most recent was with a lovely gentleman by the name of Bob. You can't miss him he stands my the registers and acts like a bar bouncer I would he say stands about six foot eight maybe. The other day I had a issue with a buy 2 get 3 free Pepsi promo that the store had and wanted the sale per item price. When I Questioned the cashier about it this guy comes running over and starts yelling at me in a winey like New York accent. I wasn't really surprised by his behavior considering the reputation that this Harris Teeter Location has. I told him to forget about it and would pay the reg price for the Pepsi which was I believe 4.99 plus tax. So After I paid I was leaving and walked past Bob and he made a rude remark to me so rude I won't repeat it. Bad customer service seems to be the norm at this store and that's ok because I wont be coming back anytime soon neither will any of my family members or friends.

Service here is absolutely trash. I was pushing a friend in a cart and got yelled at.
