Maybe it was just an off day, but I went with my sister for her to exchange an online-only outfit, and the associate who helped us, Jodi, made what should have been easy very difficult. Her shift was almost over and she didn’t seem to care about getting the shipping address or the price correct. She lied about the shipping cost too, which was very bizarre because my sister was happy to pay whatever shipping was. The manager saw what she was doing but said nothing! Won’t be back to this Carter’s.

Store is well maintained and very organized..Went we went they had 60% off on NB to 24 months.. love the clothes they are so nice.The store staff were really helpful and we’re there to answer any questions.We wanted to send some clothes to a friend in another state and they were able to apply the 60% off and free shipping for the items we selected..We enjoyed shopping…

Bright, well-lit, cheery store. Clean, spacious aisles. The staff was so helpful, friendly and fantactic. She knows her merchandise. A great place to shop for the kids.

We were heading to the store to pick up an order, and realized we weren't going to make it before they closed. When I called and explained our situation, they agreed to bring my package out when we got there. My daughter was SO happy to have her new jacket for a chilly morning! Great customer service!
