This is a fantastic facility with excellent coaching! Super professional and clean. I'm actually a national level weightlifter and the weightlifting coach, Jarrod, was able to identify and correct a problem I've been having for years. Highly recommend checking this place out!

One of the best gyms in the RTP area, I loved going here. The place is always clean, and I felt safe coming no matter the time. Truly a great place to workout at.

I joined a little over a month ago and Cary CrossFit has exceeded my expectations. There is a staff of friendly, knowledgeable coaches who will do their best to help you reach your fitness goals. It's also located in an awesome facility. And there is a supportive community of people who all want to work hard and get better.

My husband and I just tried Cary Crossfit for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We were pushed to strength levels we never thought we could achieve! Definitely recommend this gym if you're looking for a challenge and great support!
