I Just wanted to say a big thank you to MRS Hendrick Jennifer , he's genuine kindness and bluntness at times when I needed to face reality are what made me progress. I invested $500 and got $7000 in a week. I only wish I had known about you earlier from the first moment I decided to trade. Nevertheless, I am grateful!

I've always wanted to try Core Power Yoga and I think I'm going to be hooked. Beautiful studio, large selection of classes that will work for beginner to advanced. Several of my colleagues have been raving about CorePower for years and I clearly see why. Great intro packages to get you started.

I'll say up front I am definitely a beginner when it comes to yoga! That being said, I have never enjoyed a class MORE than Aya's Hot Power Fusion. I popped in on a last minute visit to the triangle area and it couldn't have been easier. If you're new to CPY you can get a free week! Just sign up online and confirm your email; it only took me a couple of minutes. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class and bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel. You can rent one if you need as well. The studio itself is really nice. Lots of light in the lobby and it just FEELS nice, ya know? Hot power fusion is heated but they offer non heated classes as well if that's not your thing! I really enjoyed the soft music as well. It's not the typical instrumental spa music (not knocking that though!), which was a nice change! If you're in the area and need a studio I highly recommend stopping by! Everyone I met was friendly and no matter your skill level there is a class you'll enjoy!

First let me say that all of the core powers I have been to have all been fantastic except for this one. I love the one at Cameron Village and Kathleen is awesome! There is a manager at the Waverly Place location who has it out for customers who redeem coupons that are sent to them. This is an interesting business model because the marketing department for CorePower yoga sends out free weeks. Sounds like a good idea because it doesn’t cost the studio any money if someone attends. Then the customer can decide if they want to join. I have received these emails several times and redeemed them. I am always down for a free workout! I received a very condescending and passive aggressive message from the manager at Waverly place saying that I should “give attention to this matter very quickly” and never come back unless I pay. I believe she should speak with her own corporate communications department if she does not want people redeeming coupons that say “come back we miss you”. She has told me that they will put a “note on my account” that I should not be attending unless I pay. Why would you treat a customer this way? I am very connected in the group fitness community I have been to about every yoga studio in the triangle and I will only say negative things now about your mean approach. Another way you could’ve approached this was to say to me in person a “I see that you receive this coupon however our studio does not honor it I am very sorry for the misunderstanding”. There is no need to send emails copying other studio managers. This is very immature and not a way to run a business. I actually brought a lot of positive energy to a class but only had six people in it. When I go to Cameron Village they are always packed and I think that says a lot about the manager in that location.

I have been at Core Power for a year. I was not a big fan of yoga but a friend talked me into going. I have really enjoyed my experience there. The instructors are wonderful and take the time to get to know you and help if you need it. The facility is clean and the sculpt classes are wonderful!

I love corepower yoga! It is a great place to get your sweat on! They offer classes that can fit anyone's style of yoga and skill range. They have locker rooms with cubbies, showers, and complimentary feminine products and hair bands. The staff is always very friendly here.

Great site! Very friendly and accommodating to visiting out-of-towners. The Core Restore (basically Yin Yoga) was fantastically led. The only complaint I had was the towlet at the end was over saturated, but I don't believe that merits a deduction in my rating.

This was my first ever yoga experience in a studio and I loved it! Megan was super welcoming and helpful at the front desk (a huge relief for newbies) and was also our instructor. We signed up for the $9 deal which included 2 weeks of yoga and a cool orange yoga mat (can't beat that). The studio was very clean and well kept. The class itself was amazing! It says it's non heated on the website but it was 85 degrees (I asked at the end bc I was worried it was just from me sweating like a man) so that's useful to know. I can't wait to try the really intense hot yoga classes! Megan was a great instructor, the moves were easier than I thought they would be to follow flow wise and she radiated really true and positive vibes throughout the whole class. I highly recommend trying this place out!
