Atrocious checkout experience.............. Hovering associate??????
I had the worst experience going through self checkout at this cvs. The issues arose when the machine couldn't pick up the weight of the item I was checking out and had nothing to do with how I was checking out. I was yelled at and belittled by an associate who acted as though I've never done a self checkout out before???? They kept hovering over me, watching what I was purchasing, and reprimanding my self checkout etiquette for not matching their standards. It was a fundamentally atrocious experience and I do not recommend shopping at this cvs especially when this associate is there.

I’ve never met a more impertinent, rude, bothersome, and simply innocuous individual than Susan. Never seen someone so capable of being so off putting and rude in a 5 minute conversation trying to just pick up an online order.

We had appointment and the pharmacist did not care about why we were there. He did not even know what medicine we are getting and kept being rude to us when asking

Staff is passive aggressive. Waited 5 minutes at front of line before 1 of 3 workers acknowledged me. Worker announced my medication out loud despite me showing her bar code. Wouldn’t shop there if not for ubiquitousness. 👎🏾

This location does not appear to have a good system in place to respond to other pharmacies with regards to getting a Rx transferred. They must leave voicemail as all other patients to get a response .

Reasonably clean and well-stocked store, but customer service has become abysmal in the last 6 months. I’m in the process of moving my RXs to another store because I just can’t take the attitude and incompetence at this store any longer. :(

Rude staff made my girlfriend cry. She came to pick up her ANTIDEPRESSANT and to ask for some prescriptions she missed the window to pick up to be refilled, and the staff member complained to her that she had wasted their time. This would be unprofessional and rude in the first place, but to say to someone who you KNOW is mentally ill? Anyone in the healthcare field should know better. You never know what someone's last straw is. This was incredibly upsetting for her and derailed her day. She thinks she's a bad person and is worried to return to the store because she thinks they hate her.

I called in a prescription for a patient today for my job and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Lady with a heavy foreign accent complained about me not faxing in the prescription. Very unprofessional. Stated there were 2 people waiting in line. I expressed my discontent with her and she apologized but I think it was just for her sake, not mine. She was incredibly rude but that's CVS for ya.

There system needs to be updated asap. You can call and leave voicemails all day, that will say theyll return your call in an hour and it doesnt happen. Cant get anyone to answer the phone nor receive any sort of communication anytime soon. Do yourself a favor and don't use this pharmacy!

This used to be a decent pharmacy, in the last few months things have gone way downhill. There’s a revolving door of pharmacy techs and pharmacists, which is a problem in retail pharmacy in general but very much with CVS. I added one more star for this review because the techs in general are really nice, but I know they’re probably under a huge amount of stress and undoubtedly are understaffed. I don’t even know where to start, but recently CVS corporate has gone to system where you cannot talk directly to the pharmacy, you have to leave a voicemail. I have left three vm’s for a potential issue with a prescription and have gotten no response back. This is a prescription that will run out while I’m out of town. So I’ll probably have to just drive down there and waste gas and time to talk to them in person. Piss poor Customer Service. Another example is I get one of my prescriptions on GoodRx, and The pharmacist pulled up an old card that was 4+ dollars more than the more current card I have. I told her the current card was a specific amount. And she ran the old one. I pointed it out to her and she got disgusted and said that it’s only a four dollar difference. Well that’s my four dollars. Horrible attitude. If I could switch to another CVS, I would, but from what I gather, All the ones in the area are having difficulty. I am looking for other options.
Edit: a very nice pharmacist called me back the night that I wrote this review at 8:10 PM, attempting to catch up on the flood of phone messages, since CVS is too cheap to staff stores so that they can actually answer phone calls so that people can get their medication. I felt pretty badly for this pharmacist as it was obvious he was horribly overworked. If CVS doesn’t fix their issues, they will continue to have massive turnover and very unsatisfied customers. This is hideous and scary since people depend on their medication for their very lives.

I literally use self checkout to fully avoid Susan at the front. It’s genuinely tiresome to see someone so incredibly dull and just unpleasant while just trying to grab 2 items on my way home.
