I was doing some shopping for a customer and I had never been to this location. Susan (the cashier) greeted me immediately and pointed me in the right direction for the items I needed. During checkout, we talked a little and her smile and positive energy made the rest of the shopping experience even more pleasant. It was refreshing because good customer service these days is hard to come by. Great job hiring Susan, CVS!STORE: Beautifully set up and very clean. Fully stocked, too!

Incredibly rude staff and overall just bad customer service. I couldn't remember the phone number for my cvs card and the cashier (who was also the manager) was so rude and essentially told me to hurry up because I was making a line. Will never shop at this one again. Find another pharmacy.

Thomas, the pharmacy tech at CVS, exceeded my expectations with his impressive knowledge and exceptional customer service. His expertise made my experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Thomas for his professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch assistance at CVS.

Was a customer recently and was treated horribly. The supervisor Nia was informing me on the correct order to give the cashier my coupons during checkout. I had a gift card and two of my own coupons, apparently you need to give the cashier your CVS coupons first and then your CVS gift card. I told her she should train her employees and not get angry at me for having to waste her time redoing the entire large order I had purchased. The cashier Susan and Nia were so unprofessional to the point of yelling out loud about me, they both thought I left the store only to find out I returned to use the ATM machine. Two customers next to me vented about their despicable behavior. I wonder what the District Manager is doing about this situation and the other horrible reviews customers have expressed!!!!????

Older white woman at the cashier was extremely impolite and gave me an attitude the whole time I was checking out. This store seems to love hiring the most unfriendly people. Just a suggestion: Teach your employees how crack a smile every now and then.

Ladies at the front are unpleasant. Previous guy was nice but talked too much when you just wanted to get in and out. In hindsight, I preferred that any day to leaving the store with a bad taste. Two ladies. Both older, one short Indian lady, one tall white lady. They appear to be in a competition to see who can be the nastiest and most unpleasant. Pretty sure one has helped me once before but the past few times I appear to have gotten her evil twin. If the self checkout experience was better, we wouldn't even have to deal with them. Lots of errors, please rescan, item not found, the system audibly narrating every error and problem throughout the entire process....then you are forced to have to interact with them.Experience today: went to pickup an online order for my wife and when I gave the name she said "I don't look like" my name is ____ and she "needs to see an order number or something". I'm perfectly fine with providing ID and an order number but it feels some kind of way when it's accompanied by comments that imply that she's going the extra mile at my expense. Why not smile and say "sure. Have an order number?" 5 words. Completely different experience for the customer and requires even less effort.Came home and told my wife about my experience and she said they are always like that. How is that your niche? Come on CVS! There is room to improve your self checkout software and get staff that embody your mission statement.

This location has been my pharmacy for a long time but they changed their staff in the pharmacy and the costumer service has gone down incredibly. The person that answers the phone in the pharmacy is not helpful snd seems to be bothered by your call. Definitely im not going there again . Will change the location.

Our family have been customers at the CVS Pharmacy on Winston Hill Drive for over 20 years. We've had some lovely pharmacists over the years. Tonight I had an encounter with one of the current pharmacists that actually left me in tears, she was so rude and actually unkind. She had no interest in hearing my concern and actually said "you have your medicine, what more do you want?" I expect a reasonable level of customer service, and based on past experience at this store, I had come to expect some level of care and compassion. We'll be sad to leave, but if the current pharmacists remain much longer, we will have to find a new pharmacy. Good thing there is one on every corner in Cary!

September 12:Get a text from CVS that I have 2 prescriptions ready for pickup. I go to the pharmacy and they say they don't have it ready. I show them the text and she says sorry, nothing is showing on my computer. Finally after 5 min, someone else pulls it up in 10 seconds and says yes, it's here. CluelessPickup a bottle of Advil and go to check out at front register. 3 employees are helping someone at the self checkout, meanwhile four of us stand in line waiting......waiting....waiting.....waiting, I finally put it down and left. This place is like a child daycare center, nobody knows what side is up. Don't give them your money, they do not deserve to be in business when they operate his poorly and even managers are lost.

I was very frustrated by my insurance company's failure to cover the over $1000 of medications my family needs monthly, even after I hit the OOP max.The team at this CVS spent a good amount of time looking for options to help me, and Kathya in particular walked me through options to prevent this from happening again. In the end, our expenses were lowered to a small fraction of what they would have been, with most medications having been covered by co-pay programs she helped me to set up. I also feel like I better understand how insurance coverage works, and how to navigate the healthcare system better.Thank you, Kathya! I tried to leave a positive review through the CVS website for her specifically, but couldn't figure out how to or even if that's an option. If anyone has a link, I'd appreciate it. She was a real lifesaver.

This location kinda sucks. They don't pick up their phones, and the right drive through is broken with no signage. I also asked for a Covid test kit while in the drive through and they said they didn't know if they had any. Seriously, would you rather I come inside with Covid to get one?

Employee watch me and my boyfriend shop throughout the whole store as if we were doing something wrong and then didn’t allow us to use the self checkout when we said we wanted to.

Surprisingly rude (pharmacy)… I believe it was a simple miscommunication but was handled pretty rudely… I came by drive-through after my mom asked me to come transfer her prescriptions. After about 2 times of asking name and birthdate, I gave a picture of my mom’s ID. The staff kept saying that they couldn’t find her but I think what they meant was that there was no prescriptions available. However, I asked if they could find her and they said no. Then, I stated that I have come to cvs multiple times to pick medication up. So, I asked if I should call other CVS and have them transfer it. The staff said yes. I called my previous cvs and they said to asked the new store to call them. When I walked to the pharmacy (after calling my old CVS), I was told to go to the consultation desk with a giggle. Then, the pharmacist with her back turned to me said something like, “I have nothing for you ma’am…. Can you come back Sunday” Taken back, I say nothing and asked, “Me?”. Then, in a nutshell, she says I have no medication ready for you ma’am. Can you come back Sunday. We are very busy! I had to repeat twice that I didn’t want anything. I just wanted to transfer my mom’s medicine or make sure I could come get my mom’s medicine here in the future. She says yes. So, I say something to the nature of, “I thought you couldn’t see her in the system.” Then, she abruptly says, we have a centralized system. I say ok, thank you. God bless. I didn’t mean to cause trouble…I won’t be coming back… but that may have been what they were aiming for… I felt like they were treating me like a drug addict trying to be difficult for drugs (in business casual clothes). My mom can come pick up her own medication here if she wants to but I’m actually the calmest of us two.I believe it was a simple miscommunication but, literally, if they would have said that they didn’t see any medications ready at the drive-through window, I would have clarified that I just wanted to transfer for the future. Instead, they kept saying that they didn’t see her when I gave her name/birthdate twice and gave a picture of her ID.If the two ladies involved see this, God bless you. I have thick skin but you hurt my feelings. Also, I hate to feel this way but wonder if you would have treated/judged me differently if I was not a black person… However, I’m a Christian and I forgive willingly. Hopefully, I can forget this interaction too…

Zero stars for the pharmacist who claims every time "her 15 yrs experience" trumps any question or rationale reason why you should be frustrated.. Don't know her name but you'll know when she starts claiming that her 15 yrs of "experience" makes her better than you or irrelavant..actually seems like she really likes not being helpful..ill be going to store tomorrow to get her name to report her.

Worst experience ever. Very very impolite, unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. Will never go back here.
